“I know dealing with places like this can be a pain(On both sides lol) but I actually had a pretty good experience. My car was damaged when I hit a tire in the road that I couldn’t avoid in time, my insurance company listed Gerber as one of their preferred body shops and decided to give them a try. Candace worked my claim and she was very nice and professional as my car was being repaired. My car is repaired and looks good. I appreciate the professionalism and you guys handling my car with care. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do I know I’m in good hands.”

The wait was minimal, and the price was on point, and right along with the competition.They do not offer weekend hours any longer, which is an inconvenience for the Monday-Friday working class.☹ I was unable to return when I got another car because of their hours changing. All in all, I will still recommend this company to others. ?”
