I was happy when BJ’s opened near me but, when I compared the prices to Sam’s club, I was disappointed. BJ’s prices are 2$-$6 higher. No thank you, I will drive the extra mile and save $100’s of dollars.

Lately everytime we go, we get something rotten. I got moldy dates, I got a cantaloupe, brought it home and cut into it and it exploded, I got rancid mayo. Last time we went we wanted steaks and the steaks were molded. I’ve talked to customer service and they were sooo rude. I canceled my membership. I won’t be returning. It’s insanity. Go elsewhere.

They give me a bad service at the tire center today. Even i called them earlier and asked if i must have to make appointment. They answered me no need and walk in. But when i came, the guy talked to me come back tomorrowAnd they talked to me they can not rotate my car tire even in guarantee time because of some problems. I never comback definitely

Nice to have a BJs store back on this side of town . Clean store! The customer service employees didn’t seem to friendly but the cashiers was very helpful and friendly

Well stocked warehouse club.. The "scan and go" app needs alot of work. Sam's club's works so much better.. Hence the 4 stars.

Terrible restrooms not enough for customers. Also big gaps in the doors so no privacy. Prices seem good but much rather go to Sam’s and pay more to get all around good experience. Food court also small reminds of target. Meat is cheaper at BJ’s. Free membership would draw more people but i personally still wouldn’t shop here. Also fruit looks a little better at BJ’s. overall maybe 3star review but i give it a 2.

On 9/6 i shopped at the store using the coupon book that was mailed out. For gas discounts. I bought 17 items and should have got 1.70 off each gal of gas that didn't happen. They said I was only to get .50 off. This is a bait and switch program they have. I buy about 100.00 to 200.00 in gas each week and tell everyone about the savings. Not any more. I don't like being lied to. I read the coupon very closely and it said stack your purchases. This is wrong. I will stop buying my gas and groceries from now on.

I loved going to this BJ's Store, this location is convenient for us.For weeks during our weekly shopping, the restrooms are always out of service for members to use.Last week outside BJ'' there was a Port-a-Potty set-up for members.I Do Not think that this is Very Healthy, and I don't we will be back.
