Very POOR customer service. I waited curbside for 40 minutes. Had to keep checking in because they kept canceling my check-in. If you can't deliver curbside, then it should not be an option. I am recovering from knee surgery and unable to walk inside. So, I just canceled my Best Buy order, and just ordered the same item at same price at Sam's. Huge disappointment with Best Buy!

Front security/greeter gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get his name, but he had shoulder-length locs. Currently, the building is undergoing some construction so so items are in the back, and you have to wait for retrieval.

I had purchased product Echelon stride 30 (treadmill) originally on 6/29/2024. Product arrived 7/5/2024 defective and missing parts. I requested a return and a refund as well. I had first reached out to the manufacturer to no avail, I was told a technician could not be sent to look at it so I then turned to Best Buy and requested a return and refund. It has been an absolute nightmare ever since. I asked for an actual timeframe on when I can expect this defective item to be picked up and was never given a scheduled time and after calling the first time I was told to check back by 3pm. I called again @ 3pm because I received no update. I asked for a timeframe the defective product would be picked up and returned to sender I was not given a time but told to call back by 5pm this time. I asked for further clarity and I was then rudely hung up on by one of the customer service agents. The customer service at Best Buy is lacking and extremely rude. Do not buy, it is a complete nightmare to get the item returned or to actually speak with a representative. Customer service is dead. Shop at Best Buy at your own risk. They have great products however if something is defective or you need to return OR you have to deal with the Best Buy Employees- it’s a nightmare. Buyer beware. Customer service and or customer support for Best Buy in McDonough is the absolute worst. Buyer Beware.

They are doing renovation to the store, and they have no tvs on display after driving an hour to get there . And yes, we called first . Buyer beware, I wish i could give a 0 stars . COSTCO GOT OUR BUSINESS KEEP IT UP BEST YOU WILL BE THE NEXT ON GOING UNDER. I AM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER BUT NEVER MORE.

Arrived 13 minutes before closing and literally wanted to spend $179 and the associate did not even go retrieve the item that I needed. Ultimately, I just left, they said they would rather close down then help me find the item while I was in the store. I'll just buy it at Walmart down the street.

Really big place. They have most of everything and have great tech support. The team knows their stuff, and even though they have RBF, everyone is friendly and informative in their position!

I WAS JUST WOWED BY THIS LOCATION. More importantly - WOWED by the staff that went well beyond what I would expect at any great retail outlet. So these days - it's all corporate stores - with that bottom line they are chasing to see how much money they can produce. This is not the case here. The staff at this location (and maybe it's this way at all Best Buy locations) because these folks cared about me. They wanted me to get a great deal on a fridge. Let's just say I did not want to buy a fridge (but when your old one broke and you've got to have one). I want to shout out to 3 incredible caring people. Let's just say I made some goof ups after I was pointed to the best value fridge I think I could have ever gotten. I changed things in the order - made it really complicated and - BAM - Paul Hall - Sean Normod - and Centearia Smith got mE going (yes I know all of their names because I needed so much extra help on this) GOT THE PROBLEMS HANDLED AND MY FRIDGE MADE IT TO MY HOME BEFORE FOOD GOT WASTED ! I will now only go to best buy if they have what I am looking for. The value pricing and the value of customer service (GREAT people that care about me) - not sure where I could find this level anywhere else. THANK YOU !!!

High prices. No staff talked to my family. Honestly, I'm surprised Best Buy is still in business

I was at this Best Buy for almost 15 minutes trying to receive some service. I just needed new headphones and even knew the brand that I want but they were locked away. I watched an associate look my way as I tried to get their attention but they turned away after seeing me. If this is how a customer is going to be treated then I’ll just stop coming here and order from somewhere else. Greeting a customer at the door means nothing if they don’t receive service once inside.
