Recently had to drop my car off unexpectedly after visiting family in McDonough. Dropped my car off Saturday afternoon knowing what the code was but knowing they likely wouldn’t look at my car until Monday. Monday came and no updates, Tuesday came and no updates, Wednesday came and no updates, Thursday came and came to find out my car was done Wednesday but my service advisor never called me. I had also called her multiple times to check in on the status and see if they had looked at the additional item we asked to have done and Sherry Whitaker was either unresponsive or seemed bothered by my phone call. Very unfortunate as we are a family of GMC and would continue using this dealership if we felt the customer service was there. I do not remember Sherrys supervisors name, but he was great and got me all the answers when she would not. Very disappointed though after my car was in the dealership for a week and not fully completed or communicated.

Brought a new car with less then 10k miles to get an oil change and shortly after got an oil leak. I Brought it back twice and they cleaned oil from the skidd plate but said there isn't a leak.

Good place for oil changes and tire balancing and the like. Nice lounge area to wait in. Note: This part opens before the dealership.

I'd recommend the Quick lube for fast oil changes, tire rotation/tire purchase and brake service. You normally don't need an appointment if you get there in the morning. Just call to be sure. I usually deal with Sherry Whitaker and most recently Ray Clark. Both are very professional and courteous. My daughter also bought a 2018 fully loaded Cruze Hatch back last year and we've been more than happy with the car. If you're prior military, don't forget to ask for a military discount.
