Very nice people. I found them online. My husband reached out and the parts guy called him back. According to what I could hear on the phone, the fellow was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful, answering every question in detail.

Spoke with John Winter, the manager, about buying a box truck. Stopped by to see the 5 trucks he had in stock. That day I told him I would write a check for one of them and he asked for me to wait until the title came in. Stopped by again today to find out he sold all of them to other people and he laughed in my face. Worst man in business I’ve ever dealt with. He doesn’t deserve the title of manger much less the duties it takes to be a manager!

I’ve been there last week to make order for my truck, I paid with business check 12153,46 $ on 03/08/22 and they tell me my engine is coming 3 business day, but I call them Friday and nobody know where’s my engine is , I call monday 03/14 and the salesman say they didn’t make my order because the bank from Bellamy trucks don’t call them to authorize my order, what a hell?

The service center needs training on customer service. Also procedures change for different customers. People friendliness is not there . Took two visit averaging all most two weeks to get work done

I'm currently in the market for an FTR and spoke to "Hank" over the phone. He is so professional and knowledgeable on his products. I wish he would have have a truck for sale, I would have signed over the phone! LOL Thank you Hank for making time to help me today!
