Spent 38 bucks for a detail on exterior and interior of my girlfriend's car and all they did was vacuum it out and washed. Not happy at all and won't be back. Now I get to detail myself and from now on I'll do it myself! Never going there again! Lazy job!

David Washington Bellamy Strickland may not be a bad place to purchase a vehicle .I do know that People buy vehicles from people, So if there is a pattern of poor customer service , it makes the entire dealership look bad. I finish early at work and decided to go to my local ford dealership in search of a 2018-2020 Platinum F-150.Unfortunately they didn’t have anything. I remembered that there was a Chevy dealership down the road.I drove up and was immediately impressed because unlike other dealerships (They had inventory).I saw a Truck that caught my eyes.It was a 2018 ford F-150 Lariat with 75k miles on it(Beautiful Truck).A salesperson rode up on a golf cart.I Believe his name is Jay Naughton. We started a conversation.Thru casual conversation,I told him I have a great Credit score .I told him about the car I would be trading in.We both agreed that I have positive equity in the car. We even discussed rates.I asked Jay if I could take a look in the Truck,He said no problem. He came back with the key and I started the vehicle. We immediately noticed a clicking sound coming from the bottom of the engine cabin. At this time I’m drolling over this Truck ,I still like the truck.I was still prepared to buy the truck.I said Jay, let’s take the truck for a spin in hopes that the clicking would stop.Jay tells me that it’s 6:00pm and they close at 6:30pm.I was shocked and blown away by his statement. I’m at your establishment and you’re saying I can’t test drive a vehicle because you’re closing in 30 minutes!!!!.I shrugged it off and said I understand.Jay said that he’d get his service tech to look at it and give me a call.He never called,I called him first.I checked the Kbb trade in value and it was $31,000……They are asking $38,900 for the truck. I’m fully aware that trade- in is totally different from retail, Although …..that’s a hell of a spread. I Asked Jay if there was any wiggle room.He said that he could give me more money for my trade.I asked to speak to his manager(Jim). He told me that the manager was busy. After a couple of hours I called the dealership and surprisingly Jim the manager picks right up.He seemed aggravated and annoyed.I told him about my experience with Jay.He told me that he would speak with Jay.But if I’m not comfortable with my experience that maybe I should purchase from somewhere else.I didn’t yell at him,I was very respectful. He told me that $38900was the best he could do.I was going to go through with it because I like the truck. But there is a bigger issue here. When value exceeds price….people buy in.I couldn’t get a test drive,I was not made aware of any advantages of why I should do business with Bellamy Stickland. If value was truly built into the presentation originally ,I wouldn’t have said anything about a discount .I couldn’t see spending my hard earn money and paying full pop with people who do the minimum.I work hard everyday,They are no better than me.I hope that this is not a reflection of the Bellamy Strickland culture .Hopefully they are just having a bad two days, but after reading some of the reviews,It’s seems to be a pattern. I’m all about growth,So if anybody from th e Dealership would like to call me and have a real conversation about it.my number is 2298695584.Thank you and God bless

First, I have to start by saying I was unaware of the 2 separate facilities. One where appointments are scheduled and the other first come first served. When I placed my call, I was directed to the latter. So, I took my vehicle in early on the morning of Tuesday, 14 March, for a tune up and AC repair. I was told that the repair person did not report in until 10am and offered a ride to my home which I accepted. The only message I received that day was a text which stated my vehicle was at the facility for repair. When I hadn't heard anything by noon, I called and left a message. No one called me back. So needless to say, my vehicle was not going to be ready on Tuesday. I called repeatedly on Wednesday and was finally told the young lady who had my paperwork was out due to a family emergency and would not return until Friday. The gentleman I spoke with (who was a repair person and was able to find my paperwork on a desk) informed me there was a back log and there were several vehicles before mine. I was not informed of this before I left my vehicle. Had I known, I would not have left it because I only have one vehicle and many daily responsibilities. This was a great inconvenience to me as there were no loaner vehicles available so I had to borrow my neighbors' vehicle. Communication is key. The office should still be able to function irrespective of one person being out. I did not receive any updates until it was almost time to retrieve my vehicle on Friday, 17 March. I did not receive the quality customer care I expected especially for the amount of money I had to pay to get my vehicle repaired. Also, I know my vehicle is in need of inside detailing, but that was no reason for whomever entered it to carelessly dump the contents of my seat gap filler onto the floor in front of the driver's seat and toss it onto the passenger seat. This was not a great experience for me. I am a 32 year veteran of the Armed Forces and I fully expected better.

I have used this location on several occasions, reluctantly.the customer service could be better.I went to the certified vehicle service section to get my vehicle transfer case fluid serviced and was told by a very abrasive female service tech that I needed and appointment or thenext they could get to it is January 31st.This is the third time i have been put off by this service department. No more, I will find another dealership/ service department. They claimed to be back up and short of technicians.so many excuses.

I called this location on Monday to make an appointment. I informed the woman i spoke with that i needed my AC serviced. She said Tuesday 10:30 or 11:00 am work? i said yes that's fine. She said okay see you tomorrow. I thought it was strange how she didn't even ask for my contact information or even the type of car that i had. Tuesday at 10:25 i arrive for my appointment i went into the office the lady at the desk told me to bring my car into the bay. i drive in and a man comes to me and asks what can i help you with? when i told him what i needed he said he would be right back and someone would be here to help me in a second. I spoke to a woman she asked me if i could leave my vehicle for a few days i said that i could not. Then she basically accused me of lying about making the appointment. Then she said maybe you spoke to someone across the street. I said it's fine if you can't service my car i can't leave it here a few days. I was going to leave but then she asked me to park my car and she would be right with me. Keep in mind that i am here to get my AC fixed. Its very humid and 73 degrees outside. After a half hour of waiting i came inside she told me to check with them across the street. I went to the *** across the street. i spoke to another lady i believe her name was ***** she said that she could fit me in and did i want to leave my vehicle or sit with it. i told her i could leave it. After dropping my vehicle off i didn't hear from the *** side so i decided to give them a call at 4:00pm to see what was going on. i was informed the freon i needed was like 100 dollars a container. I did not have an issue with that but my freon level was already checked it was full that's why i took the car to them to check. Then she said that there machine was broken so they couldn't check it. Then they said the car wouldn't start. Then i came to get it they refused to give me my keys i had to threaten to get the police involved. They also broke the cover of my lock.

I was looking to trade my Jeep in for a truck so I started the online search. Bellamy had the truck I wanted so I plugged in my info online. After that I decided to read the reviews..... after reading the reviews I had my mind made up...."not shopping at Bellamy's." The following day I got a call from a customer service rep by the name of Elvia. I was on the defensive because I had already had my mind made up. I talked to her for about 10-15mins. Extremely Nice lady and she put up with my crap. She had patience and grace I'll definitely give her that. She assured me that the sales team was on point and the reviews weren't warranted. After our conversation I decided to at least hear what they had to offer. As I was pulling up for my appointment and they practically had the truck I was looking to buy pulling up right behind me for a test drive. The sales person Keanna was very helpful and didn't come off as very salespersony, she was there to help. She showed me the truck and got me set up. She was able to give me top dollar for my trade in and I couldn't have been more happy with the experience. Even the finance guy wasn't to pushy about the extras and warranties and things. He didn't get all upset because I only wanted one warranty instead of all of them. Easy process. First time I've walked out of a dealership happier than when I walked in. Keanna also told me that if I ever need service on the truck to call her first so I can get the white glove treatment! 5 stars easy. Glad I went.
