I return clothes that never worn, not even week as past and they cant give me refund but instead a gift card and i didnt want the gift card and they dont want to give me my money back

Came here today to reorder a shoe that I purchased at another location. That location did a price change due to an error. The store manager Lathan told me he wasn't changing the price and I needed to either now pay full price or drive 1.5 hours back to that store to let them honor the price. I'm done with this location. Not to mention the lady in jewelry was not the friendliest and acted as if she didn't want to be there.

Let me tell you about belks customer service! I had gotten my mom 2 pants because she had lost so much weight. She is now in hospice care and belks would not credit my account for pants. They Hannover been worn and tags still on and I had receipt. The gift card they gave me will be sold because I will ever shop there again!! I will be telling all my friends. Manger would not come talk to me, she was at lunch

I don't usually do reviews, but the service we received today was top tier! I wanted to personally thank Gina & Diamond from the fragrance/cosmetics department for the exceptional service. I will continue to shop at Belks because of them. They were informative and very courteous to us today. It is greatly appreciated. They need a raise!!!

I had a horrible experience at this store. Customer service is horrible, and both of the cashiers working (one of their names was Bertha) were very rude and racist. Will not be going back and I am currently filing a report to corporate

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of Diamond. She was simply a diamond! She helped me get exactly what I needed for my face and my face has cleared TREMENDOUSLY. She was very knowledgeable about Clinique although she worked in estee lauder. She made my bad experience with a previous employee into a great one. As for the previous employee Rachel, she needs to be fired. She was no help. She talked on her personal phone the entire time and she did not help me. She made the Clinique counter look bad. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I couldn’t even ask her questions because she was too busy on the phone. She didn’t even greet me.

Not surprised about ratings but clearly they don't care. I've been a cardholder for 15 plus years and started shopping early this holiday season, 10/28 due to their 'black Friday ' push but buyer beware if you bought something that would not be received by recipient until after 30 days. They took $ I earned and refused an exchange. Without a receipt and a gift, tried to offer a credit of 15 for a roughly 50 dollar purchase, this after spending 500 in two months. Stuck with product for gifts now that cannot be used. Sad they don't care if they lose customers over it either. Just read their convoluted return policy during the holidays and you'll see for yourself. If you bought a Christmas gift on 10/28, it can't be returned or exchanged. Poorest excuse for service I've seen but will start shopping elsewhere and sharing experience.

I had a Worst experience here, I got a suit worth $170 which was bigger size to me and I went for exchange but they refused to do so as it was 31 days... I crossed only a day just because of thanks giving holiday, the manager she must be trained well how to talk to the customers..I was trying to explain my concern to her but she do not have even a patience to listen. I went on 22nd without bill they said come on 25th so that they can help even if I missed the bill they can help me by getting sku number,luckyly I got my bill tags everything this time and went on 25th, another lady was there and she refused to take it. I spoke to 3 different ladies and this time they said come on monday to talk to another manager. It was so crazy, Again I went they repeated same old rude behavior, few emplyees are not at all ready to help customers specially the the short lady manager. Such a worst way of communicating.The one I spoke on 22nd she was the one who is eligible to do service for customers. DEALS QUALITY brands everything good but not the service! I do not want to see her again???? I did not even ask for refund I was just asking a size change or else store credit but they did not! How worse experience I got from them.

It wasn't this place for the tasting in giving. It's Belk company..I been carrying around a 10 dollar coupon for a year that I thought did not expire. So the coupon didn't work. Then I couldn't use my birthday coupon for some reason.. I'm just ready to cancel my card.
