I went to Autozone for a battery check. The guy was really nice, but freaked me out when he told me that I not only needed a new battery I also needed to have my battery terminals replaced. Autozone was unable to help....I immediately reached out to Battery Source in McDonough for clarity. I should've came here first, but Autozome was the closest store near me. I brought my daughter's Nissan in to Battery Source for a new battery & wire issue about a month ago. The manager Colton & his team are friendly, knowledgeable & honest. You can't beat the swift service. If you are having battery issues you should give this location a call! My SUV didn't need a new battery or terminal wires after all ?. The guys thoroughly tested & assessed my battery for issues on yesterday. No problems were detected & they cleaned my battery free of charge. Thank you Gavin & teamI Keep providing honest & excellent service ?

I would advise to increase the warranty for 2years I bought 2021 April and the battery be came bad and they said you have to pay $421

Picked up replacement for battery back up. Clerk on duty was very polite and helpful. Also had watch battery replaced. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Excellent customer service, which is severely lacking in a lot of places.

The gentleman answered the call and was able to get and INSTALL my daughters battery quick, fast and in a hurry with a smile. It wasn't as expensive as the competitors and the service was great. Btw.. he did all this 45 mins before closing and didn't complain one bit. I recommend going here for ALL your battery needs.

Great customer service friendly atmosphere very clean and they know their stuff and what they do they'll put the battery in for you I just love this place I will go nowhere else for my car's accessories as long as they keep carrying important stuff I need I will keep going and as long as they keep that friendly service and that good-looking guy at the front desk I definitely will keep going very friendly atmosphere and like I said they know their stuff just go there for yourself and you will see
