This location is typically clean. They are typically friendly and welcoming. The displays usually look really nice as you can see in the videos. And it always smells so good in the store. A great way to check out a scent is to go to the hand washing sink where they always have a variety of soaps for you to clean your hands and also get a free try lol. I only come in when I have coupons because it's so easy to get caught up in this store and spend hundreds of dollars. If you have not shopped one of the end of summer sales or the end of the year sale after Christmas and wrapped up on the 75% off items, you are truly missing out. It's a great time to shop when you can get the soaps for $2, wallflowers for $2, body gel for under $5. True enough they are the Summer scents but I don't care if I smell like summer in the winter lol. I trust the policies that they have in place where they guarantee you'll be happy or just bring it back because I've put it to the test and brought back items and they have given me zero issues trading my item out. If you have your receipt they will even give you a refund with no questions asked. Makes it super easy to shop online or in the store.

Friendly staff, fully stocked store. It’s always a pleasure to come here. I did my first return and it was a smooth process. The young lady was so friendly. The young lady that helped me in the front as soon as I walked in was helpful too. I love B&BW!

I always shop at this location, but tonight was not pleasant. The front of the store was quite nice but once my mother and I got to the back to check out they spoke to us as if we were completely idiotic. The manager on duty does not know how to talk professionally to her costumers. Worst bath and body works experience I have ever had. Also I do not normally write written reveiws.

Thank you Vicki! Went to the store at around 2pm on Friday 12/08/23. Store was super packed. Associates still helpful. I picked out my items. Paid for them and asked for a gift bag, as these items were going to be a gift to someone. The associate said there were no more gift bags. Ok. No problem. They had tissue paper and I will just put those items in their small shopping bag. But that was a problem. The bag was a Christmas bag. The person I was giving the gift to does not celebrate Christmas. I asked associate for just a clear cellophane bag. She was not willing to help me and seemed unconcerned about my dilemma. Then she had the audacity to tell me that I can purchase a clear gift bag for $4.95. Really???? I just left her and carried my gift items in my hand, to leave. I did ask another associate if they could locate me a manager. She promptly did and I brought my concern to Vicki. She seemed empathetic and offered the clear cellophane bags at the top of all the shelves. Thank you!!!! Finally!!! She swapped out the items and wrapped up bought items with the tissue paper and the ribbon. I really appreciate her taking my concern seriously. Why couldn't the cashier have done the same thing??????

Today I was shopping for friends and Makayla was so helpful. I don't go there that often, so I wasn't familiar with some of the scents and current promotions. Makayla was very knowledgeable and also very patient. I really appreciated her help today
