Very disappointed with the service we received. We made an appointment to discuss an important business matter. We arrived for the appointment and sat with someone who took limited information from us and then at the end of the lengthy meeting he told us the person who needed to be there wasn't there so we couldn't proceed any further. He then promised that we would get a phone call from that individual by the end of the day. We never received that phone call. We have called the bank back and the man that we met with directly and nobody has ever returned our phone call. It has been weeks.

The bank manager and teller I spoke with are both very unprofessional and told many lies regarding my account. They even mentioned they couldn't contact corporate even though they can. They told me personally information regarding my account before I even provided them with my identity. I high recommend NOT going to this branch location. They obviously do not follow their corporate rules. I called to try and speak with the bank manager and was put on hold for over 20 minutes before someone picked up the phone and hung up. I tried calling back and the same thing happened twice.

Today I went to my local Bank of America branch to make a wire transfer. I have been with this bank since I was 16 and as the years passed (45+), they merged with other banks to finally become Bank of America. I wanted to do the wire transfer to make my last mortgage payment. I asked if I needed a teller or an officer and was informed that I needed to wait for the officer and the wait would be 30-40 minutes as there were three people ahead of me. As I waited, the other people slowly got up and left after a wait of over 1 hour came and went. I was informed at one point that I could use my phone to do the wire transfer, but that they could only walk me through using my phone for this service. As I didn't want to chance using their internet, I asked how much longer the wait would be and they said they didn't know. I finally ended up with a cashier's check and a very disappointing visit on what should have been a great day for me.

Idk I think I might have caught them on a good day. The service did take some time but everyone was friendly and I was able to get my services completed. Only recommendation is to have more staff since the town is growing and the needs are more.

Made an appointment 4 days ago to set up a small business account. Don't know why I set up an appointment, because no one could meet with me and I was asked to reschedule for the next day. If the next day worked for me, that's when I would have made the appointment. Truly the worse customer service ever. Should have read the reviews prior to scheduling. On the upside, it was a nice drive through McDonough to get there. Never again!

I’ve been going to this location for about 4 years since I’ve been in McDonough. This past year I’ve been going inside to make deposits. Everyone is professional, friendly, and moves with a sense of urgency. I normally have the pleasure of being serviced by Ashley, at the business window. She is a breath of fresh air. Very well dressed! Bubbly,pleasant and efficient. Every staff member gives a warm greeting and communicates well to service the patrons in a timely manner. I see the reviews and maybe there’s been a change in the company because these ladies are doing an amazing job. Thank you!

My 18 year old son opened his first bank account here. His debit card got compromised so he had to order a new one. Meanwhile, his account went below the minimum required balance of $100. He did not know about the minimum requirement. He attempted to refill his account with cash carrying proper ID but, as his card was taking WEEKS to arrive, he was denied the ability to make the deposit. Unless I transfer funds via Zelle, etc. to his account...his account will be closed - all due to BofA delays & red tape. I have tried calling but they do not answer.

I went to go to open an new account for my niece and I have been with Bank of America for 10 years and this is a disappointment for me that’s this happened. I brought 3 different ids and she told me that I can’t open the account, her attitude was really rude because she will talk to the other people so nice and to me really rude her name is Lisa, please have better people do their job.

I made a mobile deposit online . The check was in my son name, who lives at the same address and used to be on my account until he turned 18. Keep in mind I used to work at Nation Bank and switched over to BOA worked there for about 11 years 1/2 the manager didn’t value me as a customer or look into my banking relationship or my account history like I asked her nicely to do. My funds were available, and I have deposited his checks numerous of time with no problem. The managers profiled me thinking I was committing fraud and it triggered a fraud alert on my debit card without telling me. Had me sitting in the bank for over 20 minutes. No feedback or anything, only have me to leave and come back. After contacting customer service, corporate office spoke to an associate, they told me that I could go and withdraw my funds if there are any difficulties to call them back. My account been open since 1996. Keep in mind, I was very disappointed, couldn’t believe this happened to me. Looking at these reviews and other locations, some are similar. Poor customer service DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! Remember what your paycheck says, brought to you by our customer. Another higher up reached out to me and was very apologetic, gave me compensation for my experience and took the appropriate action will be taken along with an apology. The bank manager Ivette didn’t even apologize for the wrong during. SHAME. Do better. I forgot to mention I also help out at Call For Action @ Fox 5 so definitely reported this, hopefully they will correct their action. Goggle views awful and Yelp 1 or 2 stars.

Unprofessional, don't value you as customer. Manager needs coaching. Profile me thinking I was committing fraud. There are tools put in place for checking the customer relation and prior history. Ivette banking center manager said she has been with the bank for 26 years, I definitely can't tell. Maybe one day you will experience the same treatment, and perhaps you can see exactly how I was feeling. Unfortunate I have been with this bank since 1996 former employee worked there for over 10 1/2 years. Absolutely inconvenience me for no reason. Thankful for client services and Courtney for listening to my concerns. I absolutely appreciate getting a resolution to my concerns. Really considering closing my account. Please BOA if you value your customers look at some of these reviews and fix this. Bank of America employees remember the customers are the ones that pay everyone paycheck. Pretty much if this type of service continues, please don't think when BOA losing money they will make changes. Some customers don't complain about the poor customer service, what they do is close their accounts. Please take this review as token to fix what at hand before customers start closing their account and go to bank that value them as a customer and their time.

Is Bank of America the new Walmart? They have 30 people in line and ONE TELLER.I got in line at 12:31pm and now it’s 12:51pm and still have 5 people in front of me. Meanwhile I see 8 bank of America’s employees.

This bank is the WORST. The line is always insane and rather than opening another teller, they have a person walking around asking for how she can help, but she can't help anyone. Also, they are super slow and not considerate of their customers. Today, I was o e of three people who left without them helping me.
