I had an amazing experience. Cheyenne was wonderful. Great conversation! I felt like I was working with my sister to pick out furniture for her niece.She was upfront about the back-order situation and still was able to meet the deadline for delivery. The bedroom set looks amazing.The gentlemen who delivered the furniture were "early"! They were quick, neat and professional.I'll be back. LOL. One room at a time!

Misty was my sales lady, but we had to deal with Holly on some things as well. Both were extremely kind and informative about my deliveries. The delivery men were courteous, serious about business and extremely kind. Dealing with this Babcock was very different than my original experience at the one closer to my home that I vowed to never return to. I give this location rave reviews and I highly recommend them for your furnishing needs!~Carlene

This place is by far the worst place we have ever bought furniture from. Our headboard was damaged during delivery so they had to delay, then when they finally delivered it, one bed rail broke. The delivery person took pictures of the damage and called someone, after which he told me he would deliver a replacement. At that point we started inspecting the dresser that they also delivered and noticed that the mirror wasn’t secured properly. After 2 days of not hearing anything, I called the store for an update but they didn’t know anything about it. Then we asked if we can just return them because we are now so frustrated with the whole situation and we do not like the quality of the furniture, the manager informed me that they have a 1 day return policy (which I missed because I was waiting for them to complete my order).I use to wonder why that store looked so desolate, and why I have never personally met a Badcock customer, now I understand why.Poor service, horrible customer support, terrible policies, and poor quality furniture. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Just got off the phone with Holly. We purchased a one of your zero turn mowers paid 4500.00 it started up and run to put on the trailer and take it off the trainer but it has not started since. I called Holly and told her we were going to bring the mower back and to My Surprise that I wasn't told at the time of purchase that it had a ONE DAY RETURN POLICY????? I can't gasp this from and a big corporation like this and the money we have spent there and we are having to keep a lawn mower that we bought 1 week and 2 days ago and we are very unsatisfied with it because it won't start and we are stuck with. I will let everyone know that not to ever know not but buy lawn equipment from you this account is in my husband name John Price.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased a bedroom set and the delivery personnel broke the bed. They came back a month later and again put the bed together wrong again. The manager of the store gave me the parts for the slats and told me to install or she would install but would not send out the guys to fix the furniture. The slats were wooden and no legs. I just do not understand how a company can say they are customer service driven. I suggest that if you want furniture from Badcock please do yourself a favor and go to another location. This location is staffed with the most unprofessional individuals. This was not a small purchase and I think they should of handled it better customer service.

In the past we have made purchases from this establishment and was satisfied. We recently purchased a GE dryer from Badcock, which was installed by the establishment's personnel. The dryer malfunctioned and we contact Badcock. We were told to notify GE for service, which we did. GE service representative stated due to improper installation the back of the dryer was burned up. He took pictures and stated he had to order parts. We received one package and called them to set up a date for repair this was 2 weeks back. Now we're being told there will 3 more parts needed. To make a long story short. We have been calling and told to call this number, that number back to another number. One hand does not know what the other is doing. This dryer is a dud and could have caused a fire and now they're stating it will be April 5th before someone can repair it. No other parts received. Paying for a dryer improperly installed, burned out, goes on your credit if you stop paying we were told. They're not concerned this could have caused a fire in our home., which is not our fault but on them. ##donotbuyelectronicsfrom here#laundrymattodryclothes# UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! GE came back to repair the dryer after waiting for longer than a month and getting the run around trying to reach someone. During the long wait for repair we purchased another dryer that worked. We were tired of driving to the laundry mat. We were told we would be reimbursed for drying clothes but we never received anything from them. Even though the dryer is supposedly repaired, we are not plugging it up in our home due to the burned parts in it. While cleaning the laundry before repair we found other other burnt parts on the floor. Badcock is responsible for the installation and refuse to take the dryer back. This dryer could have burned our home and caused casualties. I will report this further
