Very rude Phone girl, like talking to a 8 year old, ordered a BVI 9400 and came with cracked screen, multiple phone calls to get replacement and nothing. Run as far as you can from this place.

Very inefficient and not at all service oriented. I had a simple question, was passed between people and then had the owner abruptly hang up the phone. I am glad I am not a customer of theirs and would not encourage anyone else to work with them.
