I had a very pleasant experience! I came in for a diagnostic test as well as questions on recommended auto parts. Thomas was very helpful. Although busy, he was greatly efficient and attentive to my needs. I was unsure of what parts to purchase. However, Thomas was especially knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Words can’t express how thankful I am for Quincy & Josh at this store.
In between appointments over an hour away from where I needed to be these 2 made sure I got the help that I needed getting my serpentine belt back onto a scorching hot engine.
This isn’t even just customer service, it’s great people having a heart and helping others they see in need.
I would’ve been stuck without those good brothers.

Great store!
The location was very clean. The employee that I encountered was very friendly. She was able to assist us in locating the tools that we needed.
I appreciated the self check out section in the store. At the time we were ready to check out, the employee was handling a customer on the phone, and I feel the self-check out section helped to assist with the process of checking out your items!

Quincy exceeded my expectations with his prompt and helpful service. Not only did he assist with the Installation of bulbs, he installed them on the spot. Greatly appreciate AutoZone and their practice of taking it one step further with installation.

I'm from out of town I went into the store, with a very unique situation. Really didn't know how I would solve my problem. This young man I found out his name was Chris. D, he listened to my situation I told him what could solve it, now understand I had been to another auto parts store I won't name it but they pretty must left me on my own to fail. Thus guy Chris, even though he had other duties and customers, didn't leave me to fail, he found what I needed, people understand he saved me from having a horrible day. I just wanted it to be known, that's been the best customer service I have had in years, and as I said earlier I'm not even from Georgia, I've been to many states traveling so that says alot. Another thing is I don't leave reviews, but I had to on this occasion. That's my store now. Thanks Chris.D and the manager is a great guy too.

This is such a great store, Quincy the manager was an amazing help when I was having car troubles. I’ve been to many auto stores over the years and have never received such warm and supportive service from anywhere until here. McDonough, if you need help with your car go see Mr. Quincy!

So I am a female in a auto place when I say to the cashier the other Auto Zone just gave me the most expensive 2pavl headlights set for my truck can you check for a cheaper price for the same lights thank you Customer Service was great
