“Amazing place… this was my first time here and I just got emissions on 2 cars. The customer service was excellent. And the other employees coming in were friendly and polite. If I ever need some car repairs I found my place. The Lady that checked me in was amazing, she even took the time to listen to me when I told my Daughters car was having some starter problems, that when you turn the car off that it might not crank right back up, I told her it would take a few seconds. And the wait time was not long at all, was in and out”

The lobby is clean and if I need anything done H3 is my place to go. I didn’t want to write the review bc I didn’t want to share but I feel confident with H3 as a woman. Ladies and Gents. they are honest, professional, quick and explain the work to be done. I appreciate that a lot! I don’t ever feel they are just trying to up sale me as a woman so thats really important to me.”

“I typically shutter that the thought of dealing with used car salesmen. That being said I had a wonderful experience with my salesman Hudson. He was very low pressure and personable without making me feel like I was being sold or pressured into anything. I went into the dealership knowing approximately what I wanted. He allowed me to brows the parking lot without hovering over me, which I appreciated. He stayed within ear shot to answer any questions I had and ultimately help guide me towards a vehicle in my desired price range. He was very accommodating and helped me get the vehicle I wanted with the extras that were missing from my list of desires (2nd key, floor mats, and paint imperfection corrections). Knowing what vehicle I wanted and the price range I was dead set on not exceeding made me a stubborn and maybe even difficult customer but he and his manager remained patient and professional. We worked out a deal that I was happy with and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Hudson and the whole team. I highly recommend this dealership.”

He not only checked my tire pressure he also told me that my tire pressure sensors were all out except my rt front...He was gracious, speedy, and through! “New to the area and it was my first time going to Mcdonough Tire today and had a wonderful experience! We got an alignment installed on my 2020 4Runner after personally putting a lift on it. Mcdonough Tire installed my new rims and tires, they had great stock options for tires to chose from which they got in within a day. they are truly honest, and provide quality work, and have efficient timing! “I have had two recent experiences with Randy and the team in the last few months and I am very pleased. I was very hesitant because I have never had to find a mechanic on my own so I called and spoke with Randy and decided that I would give them a shot. After speaking with my dad I have come to the conclusion that the pricing is fair. Recently I was run off the road and hit a curb. Took my car in for repairs and it actually runs better now than it did before the repair. That being said, as long as I live in McDonough they will forever be my auto shop!!!”

“Advertises a 10 minute oil change, which is why I didn’t complain when I was told it was gonna be $117 , after sitting and waiting for 45mins . I’m starting to think I’m being played on the price. Regardless staff was friendly and they were quick to get me started , clean lobby . Just didn’t plan on being here for this long .
Won’t be back for and oil change due to the pricing. Maybe for other services tho”
