You would think if I just paid $500 to have my ac services that you all would have checked for leaks. Trying to spend my money locally and save a lil bit at same time costing me more in the long run. Oh well love and learn.*******Update You didnt replace nothing bmw took whole front a loose to even get to the problem and call?? We did call for you to say it will be another $500 to even look at the car again on the mess you made. And to top the icing you ddnt replace anything BMW identified all the holes that was causing the leak. You mean to tell me you having the car for the first time excuse the lack of work you did!!! If your business wasn’t equipped to handle the job the integrity in you as a business owner should have stated you couldn’t handle the job not just do a quick job just to get $500 from a customer. Your business and word is dirt. Nothing was replaced !! And the audacity to think we would bring our car back to you and pay another $500 when you ddnt fix nothing before! Wrong customer Thank me for not taking you to civil suit for scamming! That’s why you won’t be blessed! You will forever scam and pretend real business owners say no if they can’t do the job! That’s a sign of overflow they dnt need to finesse when they already getting business and staying busy

Let me tell you this, this places customers service is top cause I came up and Will was on it when I express my anxiety towards my car! The mechanic listened to me and explained everything. I felt heard and understood. I really appreciate that as a woman approaching a mechanic shop.

I needed a break and oil change today ASAP. After a phone conversation, I brought my car to Auto Medics and they took care of all my issues in a timely fashion and they were very friendly. I would 150% recommend this facility for your vehicle. Thank you so much!

This shop has never let me down. Recently, my air went completely out, so car rides with an infant became very difficult… even with the windows down. It was horrible, called Auto Medics, told them the situation and Mr. Will and his team got me in and got my car all fixed up! Words cannot express how THANKFUL WE ARE. I just truly appreciate having a mechanic and crew who cares about taking care of the people. Let me tell you… we don’t have to rush home anymore to just get some air… we can have and enjoy it in the car!! My air feels sooo great! THANK YOU SO MUCH AUTO MEDICS! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

Auto Medics is very knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I have used them for the past 3 years for our car needs! They always do great work and have never had to return our cars for anything! They know what's wrong and they get the job done! I also want to thank Will and his staff for going above and beyond what they do! There has been several occasions when Will or his staff has offered to take me or my husband home if we have to leave our car at the shop! This has been a Blessing! Also, on my last visit, my window would not come up on my front passenger side and I needed entire replacement for the button but they were not going to have the part until the next day. Will went out to my car and was temporarily able to get my window up because I told him I had alot of errands to run and he also knew it was going to rain so he did not want me to have to drive around feeling unsafe! He also drove to Stockbridge to pick the part up himself because the part store did not have a driver and we would have to wait longer for someone to bring it. I'm truly grateful for all the staff and that I have found a mechanic that truly cares! Thanks Auto-Medics so much for all you do!!!

I stopped by to inquire about a repair. Daniel was very helpful in advising on what was needed and how long it would take to get the job done. I came in the following morning- fast and courteous service. Daniel showed me what was being done and got it done. Much appreciated for the professionalism and prompt service. The price was fair as well.
