Went to the store front several times during open hours only to find they were not there. I have emailed and called, with no answer or reply, about a status update. I understand there is 1 to 2 week turn around time once an order is placed but a little bit of communication goes a long way in customer service.

We purchased our son’s letterman jacket from Archie’s. The customer service was fantastic. My con receives complements everywhere on his jacket.

Made an appointment to see letter jackets and sweaters with my daughter. The lady at the counter refused to honor the appointment and was completely rude. This is the worst kind of customer service since we made a special trip here to see the jackets and we don't live close by. I would not use this business for anything. We used to use them years ago for baseball and football uniforms but the customer service is so horrible now. Don't waste your money on this establishment. We made a 50+ mile drive with an appointment and were turned away despite arriving right on time (actually 2 min early). If I could give them 0 stars I would.

On March 20th, I went in person to the Archie's store on Racetrack Rd in McDonough and paid a deposit on getting parent shirts made for our travel softball team. The deposit was required to get them to do a mock-up of the shirt. I provided the logo and just needed it screen-printed on a t-shirt. I was originally told it would be a couple of days for the mock-up, which I've never received. It has now been 4 weeks and 3 days since I placed my deposit. I have not received any mock-up, nor any communication about my order. I've called to follow up 4 times. Mandy is never available when I call, and the other lady I spoke with can't find my order in the system and just tells me Mandy will call me back (of course she never does). I finally have requested a refund of my deposit but even that they could not do while I was on the phone and have to have someone call me back to do. My parents are not thrilled we don't have parent shirts for our first tournament. I thought Archie's had a good reputation, but I'll never use them again. They've been highly unprofessional.

The perfect place to get all of your Sporting Goods needs. The staff is always helpful and patient. I am in my second season of using Archies for our baseball uniforms and I could not think of anywhere else I would go to purchase our gear. I feel like they are family and not just a business.

Have a lot of patience and the ability not to go off on the employees. I agree with the rest of these reviews. This place lacks so much customer service. No one comes up to you to see if you need any help. When you finally find someone for help they act like they don't have a clue what you are talking about. All I wanted to do is to have my child try on a jersey and pants before the team places my child's order. An employee questioned me about knowing my child's size. I responded in the most polite way because my child was with me. This place knows that this is probably the only place in this area for sports gear and customization and people will order their gear for their team regardless of the customer service. Regardless of how much money you are getting from these teams, your employees should at least present good customer service. If this is your first time with any sport, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Let your coach or team order for you.

I highly recommend Archie's for all your sporting good needs. It's great to have a local small business shop where I can interact one on one to meet the needs of my baseball team. The personalized service that you receive here is a welcome breath of fresh air in a time of online everything. People need to be mindful that as a small business they don't have 20 employees working and sometimes you may have to utilize a little patience . Support local and shop small.

I have been ordering from Archie’s for the last several years and they are the best in the business. They take the time to design and order all uniforms you need for your teams. They seriously don’t get enough credit for everything they do. I will always appreciate every single person working there, they are super friendly and helpful with whatever we might need.
