Been going to this location for years since it’s closer to me, was happy to see them hiring more poc but them being hired doesn’t stop the Asian older men from following you around the store, but still I continued to go until recently when I accidentally bought a tester gloss, when I tried to return it I was told I couldn’t cause it was a cosmetic product. I wasn’t returning it cus I didn’t like it just cause it was a tester I literally can’t use it n still haven’t. I didn’t want a refund either just one I could use, the cashier girls happy were really nice tho nice to see more black ladies working in beauty supplies store. Just really upsetting I’ve been shopping here for 10+ Years since I was little and couldn’t get a little exchange.

The older aged girl Anita doesn't work in the front because she has broken english, i understand, but to have her working for this company is going to cause people to buy the wrong stuff. She doesn't know anything about the supplies they have and has terrible customer service. She directed me to the wrong area, and we saw her putting the wrong stuff in the wrong places. This causes the prices not to match the tags or labeling. She is very ignorant. Store going down hill because of her.

save your cards and you can even get money off! i recommend coming here due to how clean and organized it is. also have lots of black workers as they would be able to help with more recommendations.

Not Enough Wigs Accessories Are OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kind of disappointed the discount cards are no point because you can’t use them until they feel it’s worth it. I spent $300 for ONE THING I think I’ve had ENOUGH

One star for having what I needed. No stars for following me around everywhere. I was trying to make sure I was getting the right size to cover my locs and she kept “straightening” the area and even BUMPED into me without saying excuse me. Will not return here again.

This store has two stars because they do have everything and are fully stocked. This store is not 5 stars because the two young African American girls that work the register is very rude and unprofessional. They just sit there and gossip about people almost every time I come in the store. Honestly, they need new staff.
