No grace. Traffic was backed up tremendously, and I called while stuck in traffic and they said that it would be fine. When I arrived to an empty lobby, 7 mins late, I was turned away for my vision exam. It would’ve taken 10 minutes to perform a vision test. Not so great customer service

Went for an eye exam, to get contacts. I left with a trial pair and they said I had to wear them for a few days and call back to order them. I called back and now they are saying they cannot order them and need to go to a different location for follow appointment like 25 mins away. Their communication is very poor and inconsistent. If I knew there require a follow appointment I would have gone somewhere else. Friendly service but don’t go there for contacts.

The customer service does not exist, the selection of glasses are small in comparison even to walmart, there is no physical doctor and don't dare call they will put you on hold or ask you to call back and hang up. I have called several times and waited long times as they have had my glasses for over a month and no one will assist. I will never use this place again.

We had a good experience, the only thing that annoyed me was the receptionist at the front thought I brushed her off because I asked the manager a question then the manager began assisting me which was very good customer service on the manager’s part other then that’s no complaints. Team work make the dream work.

Scheduled an appointment for Dec 23. Received a call 2 hours before my appointment time to say the doctor had emergency and they needed to cancel my appointment. The girl told me to call the stonecrest location to see if they had any walk ins. Appointments. I asked well can’t you assist with rescheduling the appointment and she said, it’s better if you call instead of me sitting here on the phone with you trying to find another appointment. The audacity and rude. You all cancel my appointment and don’t have the courtesy to assist with rescheduling. Makes no sense. Then received and email stating that this is to confirm that we received your request to cancel your appointment. Thank you for letting us know. Mind u I did not cancel my appointment. They did… Customer service is not a priority anymore and that’s an issue. Stay away from this location. That obviously don’t care about your time or service. I was okay because I understand things happen but when she told me she wasn’t going to assist me, that was unacceptable. Management needs to do more training on customer service.

I’ve never done a digital appointment, and I found it was very easy. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I even asked for an honest opinion to help pick out my frames, and she was so helpful. My frames were ready in 4 days ( where it used to take 2 weeks other places). I will definitely be back to this location.

The staff is always a delight! They come in and are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable every single day of the week. This makes the eye glass experience feel very personable and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Top notch ???? 10/10 would highly recommend.

With an attempt to humiliate me Sara displayed the most unprofessional, trifling ghetto, trashy and foolish conduct I’ve ever seen a manager display. With her back turned to me she yelled at me across the room saying well, oh well you need to go back to the other store. They never released your prescription we can’t help you, as she continued to disclose my business in front of other customers. I believe if I was a different ethnicity she would’ve been patient and professional. She would’ve took time to walk over and talk to me face to face. She would’ve said we can’t order your contacts but we can order your glasses. Instead she behaved as if she was high on something & looking to public sham me. The bottom line is when it comes to professional, proficiency, eyeglasses, contacts, and eye exams. They are America’s WORSE I would recommend Walmart, Vision Works, or LensCrafters they’re professional, customer friendly, and accurate the 1st visit .

I’m so confused as to the hold up. I had an appointment, saw dr virtually, had contacts trial pair, now I’ve been waiting over a month to get the dr to certify the prescription so I can order contacts and every time I call they act as if I’m calling for the first time. I just want to order my contacts. Get it right. Still waiting ans my insurance has been charged

This place has 0 customer service skills. I went there on September 19 where I waited 4 to 5 hours for my appointment to be completed and never received an apology for the wait time or anything of the sort. There was only one staff who was kind enough to explain the delay. I wish I gotten her name because she was the only pleasant person there. I was informed my glasses would take about two weeks to be returned so after a month, I went up there to check because I had not received a phone call. After getting there and explaining the situation, the issue was brushed off did not receive an apology again for the inconvenience. I did get the glasses pair that were ready. Today I called customer service and requested a refund. My customer service agent was very respectful and apologetic for the matter and informed me she would reach out to the main office to take care of my refund. When the store manager just called back once again, there was no apologies for the wait just informed me to come in and she’ll do my refund which is fine, but the lack of customer service here is alarming. I would not suggest this location to anyone. Considering the store managers lack of customer service, it seems like the issues here start at the top with management. They are apologetic on the reviews here however, in person is a totally different story.

I have been going to this location for 5 yrs. In that time I've had my third bad experience and won't be going back. People need to learn to listen with the ears God gave them in order to provide GOOD customer service. This location needs better training in customer service. Bad service upsets patients as well as gives them a bad image.
