This has to be one of the worst pharmacies out there. Unfortunately, the Rite Aid on Furys Ferry Rd shut down and we were told that all of our families' prescriptions would be transferred to this location. My husband is prescribed several different medications that he must take every day. One of them is a steroid. When we recently called to find out if the doctor had called it in, the staff working in the pharmacy spoke to us in a manner that could be categorized as down right rude and apathetic. Here is the gist of the conversation--do you have the prescription? Yeah. Do you think you could get it ready? Yeah. When do you think you could get it ready? An hour. My husband is one of the nicest people I know. Me, not so much. I still don't understand why the employees feel the need to talk to customers in this manner. It's almost as if they don't want to be bothered. I also had a negative experience at this pharmacy. When I went in to pick up one of my prescriptions about 2 weeks ago, I was greeted in person by a gum smacking clerk. I find it highly offensive to be waited on by someone who is chomping gum. She was also apparently irritated by my presence and had the nerve to ask me if I was having a bad day. I probably should have been honest and told her the truth--that I found her behavior rude and apathetic, but what is the point in having a confrontation with someone like this? We are currently trying to locate a pharmacy who actually values the customer. Maybe a mom and pop location and not a huge chain. Any suggestions are welcomed. Website lists pharmacy open til 10 pm. Don't be fooled! Pharmacy closes at 6 pm.

Needs a passport photo after Fedex store on Robert C Daniels messed it up and wanted to charge extra to make it right(?!!). Ann Marie at this Walgreens was wonderful. Knowledgeable about all aspects of what was needed. I was in and out in 10 min. Note to management...keep this valuable worker!

I have been using this Walgreens for years for myself and my family's prescription needs . It's very convenient to my house and easy to run into to grab drinks , etc . I will be transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere . I called this week to get a Rx refilled that I needed that eve prior to bed. I called around 8.10pm .i would have called earlier but I just realized I needed it . I was told by the new pharmacist Amira that I had to pick it up by8.40. I said I'll try but I will definitely be there before 9. (Closing ). She said if I wanted it that night I had to be 8.40 . I stopped what I was doing and went on . When I went thru the drive Thru I could see that they had the inside window shades down ( one completely ) the other half way . Nick addressed me at the drive window . I said why was I given a time when you are suppose to be here till 9 . He stated that we are trying to get our customers in and out . I said it looks like you've already closed . He stated we cannot be here past nine , it's a corporate policy . That's not true !!! I called . The customer service at this store has gone to . I've already moved my sons prescriptions to Walmart grocery across the street ... and I will follow with my 10 plus monthly prescriptions . I witnessed a brandy turn away a man that had been 2 other places trying to find meds for his child and they told him they had that medicine , but because it was 8.30 they couldn't fill it for him , he could get it tomorrow . So sad as this store once provided excellent service .
