Completely rude and disrespectful within a sentence of talking to the teller. Absolutely will not do business with Wells Fargo and ESPECIALLY this location.

Wells Fargo is a terrible bank nothing to do with the people. Endless fees and straight theft. Money disappears out of my account with no transaction records. It’s happen about 4 times in the past 10 years

Today, May 12, 2023 at about 11:30 am; I visited the Wells Fargo at 110 Belair Road, Augusta, GA. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect as I was treated today!!! I only wanted to invest into an account for my newly born grandson to have an opportunity to go to college one day. I was told I have to consult with an investment advisor. When I finally met with the investment advisor John DeGeronimo who did not greet me but asked did I have an appointment? He’s very tall and broad and was standing; so I didn’t feel comfortable as a woman with sitting. Then he asked me how much money did I have to invest into the 529 account. When I told him the amount, he told me I could go online and determine how to invest this money on my own. He was clearly upset as he’s standing and waving his arms around explaining he’s responsible for big accounts that start at $100K and that he doesn’t have time for this today. This is the reason I’m rating this experience as a 1!!! I will take my accounts to another bank who will accept my business and will treat me with respect despite the fact that I wasn’t going to invest $100K.

I’ve been in the bank couple times, every time I come Rasheeda always takes me and she seems unhappy to the customers. Today I have a transaction and when I ask her to fix the amount that I would like to do then she get mad and give me an attitude.

Candy is outstanding! My father collects coins and we were on our 9th bank trying to gather 1/2 dollar coins for his 90th Birthday. Candy went above and beyond by checking the computer and seeing what they had in their vault. Not one other individual at the eight banks offered to do that. Candy has the best customer service skills, very friendly, and absolutely made our day and will make my father‘s birthday even brighter!!

Been with WF for at least 15 years. Best service and staff I’ve had over my 40+ years of banking! Always greeted with a smile and a willingness to help with my needs!

Got to say banks aren't my favorite. ? I don't like paperwork, I don't care for small talk. It's something I let my DH tend as it is more in his wheel house. However, when it came to care of my mother's financials, I had no choice but to take the lead and this branch really made it the easiest for me.Ms Allen-Hudson was a kind and compassionate professional who I was grateful to have.She didn't act like she were doing me a favor by establishing the account but that she was pleased to help.I was pleasantly surprised and had to take a moment to express, in this small way, that it made my day easier and I appreciate them for it. Thank you very much.From this introvert-- 'Well done'!!

I was told I couldn't set up a checking account because it was too late in the day and then was told I could do it online and it only takes about 5 minutes if it was such a quick process why could I do it there? It's not like I got there ten minutes before they closed, anyways I went out to my car to start a checking account through their website so I can put cash into the account before they close well the website told me that I had to go to a location to pay the small fee and verify my identity so I just left. On my way home I called a whole different bank and explained the situation and tried to see the last time I could come in and was told I could come in for any reason at all no matter how long it'd take they will let me come until the very last minute

I was not pleased at all with my experience there. I've been banking with them since they were Wachovia. I rarely go inside the bank but today I did at this particular Branch. While the bank teller was viewing my account she made a surprised gasping sound and continued to attempt to make irrelevant small talk when my issue had not yet been resolved! I was very offended. Advice to the tellers that work here. Stay professional at ALL TIMES!

Very Speedy response time. As soon as I sat down I was standing back up and being greeted . I was pointed in the right direction immediately and was in and out in less than 10 minutes . Also getting in and out at this location was a breeze . Some banks are a hassle trying to fight with traffic and merging into a lane .
