RUN AWAY!!! Unapologetically anti-customer. Unlike other banking institutions, if your credit card information is compromised, you are responsible for paying the fraud charges. When you close your account, you are advised to leave a little money in the account "in case anything comes through"... this will cause the account to remain open indefinitely incurring miscellaneous fees for Wells Fargo even when not one outside debit "came through ". Eventually the account you closed will show a negative balance and each employee (I've tried three) will unapologetically tell you that the account cannot be closed until you pay the fees they charged after you closed the account. Sorry, the computer won't allow it. They can formally lodge another complaint though! Someone will reach out to you in ten days. Sorry! Have a great day!

This was my last visit at this branch and will be going to a different one because the one teller that works there doesn't have an answer to my question except " I don't know" and looked around and didn't bother to ask one of the other employees. Waste of time!

Terrible customer service! This is the first time, in my entire life, that I have ever felt discriminated against. July 13, 2022, at 4:10 pm, the teller was told not to cash a Wells Fargo issued check for my nine-year-old daughter, because I did not have a banking account. Yet, I was informed that it could be done at the manager's discretion. So, the question is, how do they make this choice? It's also ironic that they decided not to cash her check but had no problem depositing the $4,000 check I signed and placed into her trust account right before this happened... AS HER TRUSTEE. Meaning, in actuality, all of my information, and hers, have already been obtained and verified in case of fraudulent acts. It's odd I cashed a check at that exact location before without a problem. What is more baffling was that I inquired about opening a checking account, as I wanted my daughter to be able to spend some of her earnings freely, as she works hard for it. Yet, when inquiring, I was told she was too young, so I would need to open one, although I could not do so that day. Due to this horrific experience, I will not be depositing my daughter's other five large checks (she's an actor) into that trust account. In addition, I will now be transferring my daughter's trust account money to another bank. Way to go Wells Fargo! Heather, the woman who claims she's the manager at that location, is single-handedly discriminating and running your customers away.

Deposited a large check from some equipment I sold they put a 10 business day hold on it and now my payoff has changed and I’ll be making additional payments on the sold equipment as well. I have called several times they don’t even answer the phone it gos back to Wells Fargo main number. When this is over I will be closing all my Wells Fargo accounts. So if you like being ignored by all means this is the bank for you. Now the 3rd day no return call and won’t answer the phone. So I went over with the manager of the company that wrote the check to the branch manager of the bank it was written on and had her call this branch caught the manager lying to our face so we called her out on it then she stated it was corporate policy yet another lie. I have never meet anyone in such a position as hers with such disregard for proper behavior of said title, honesty, helpful, or understanding we’re not in this woman’s training I suppose. Caught red handed lying and still would not admit wrong doing, I honestly could not believe what I was hearing.

When the location on Washington Road closed I was disappointed because it was so close to work. But honestly I don’t mind the extra drive for the customer service. Christina is the best! Even with her mask I think it’s safe to say she greets you with a smile and she definitely greets me by name. I never feel like I’m Waiting too long. I appreciate the friendly service.

The customer service there is rude, I never go back to this location ever again in my life! The both Evans, and Both Columbia & Belair Roads locations are the best, and there are more professional too!

Gladys was absolutely amazing and helped me so much! I had an open claim for an ATM that malfunctioned and took my money. The claims department had me waiting the full 10 days which was awful cause it was at no fault of my own and I already had little to no money. I saved Gladys number in my phone and called her a few times and every time she was so warm and welcoming and eager to help and actually got the claim moved up and all fees removed!! Next time I have any issues I will be calling her for help. Awesome Job!

Love Wells Fargo and normally this location rocks. They even had a teller that looked like my ex girlfriend. The manager was supposed to be a family friend and invested a boat load of money for my step father. However the manager at this wells fargo did me wrong! I tried to contact him, but he transferred to the Evans location.

I was having a rough morning so I went through the drive through and when the lady was done she sent me a s***** in the tube. It made my day! It was a mystery flavor, so I'm not sure what flavor it was but it was really good and made me smile! :D
