One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was looking for a used vehicle for my son when a good friend of mine recommended Wallace, she and her husband had bought several cars there over the years for their kids, so I decided to check them out. First impression was made searching the website and looking at their current stock I thought the website was very easy to navigate and I appreciated all of the information they had on each vehicle. Once I found a few that would fit my sons interests I drove to to lot and was met by Mr McCoy but not like a typical care salesman he just wanted to say hello introduce himself and let us know he would be there if we had any questions. There was zero pressure and his warmness gave me an instant feeling of trust. I showed him what I was looking at online and together we walked the lot. Once I chose the vehicle and drove it I was met by Mr Wallace to do the financing. I can say honestly I felt as if I had made instant friends. I appreciate Kevin Wallace and Mr McCoy working with me and providing exceptional service! I have always purchased new cars at big car lots and this experience far exceeded my expectations. All of the vehicles I tested and researched from Wallace were low mileage and had a lot of helpful descriptions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. They are there to sell you a car but to sell you a car that you want and that fits in your budget with zero pressure and they treat you like family! Thank yall so much!!!

I cannot express how thankful I am to have bought my vehicles from Kevin himself. He is first class and worked diligently to answer all my questions about all 3 vehicles I bought from him. I could not recommend a better business to get cars at an affordable price. Will be back in 2 years when my oldest starts to drive.

I won’t give Wallace Automotive any stars. 10/10 I would not recommend this place. Straight trash and they could care less about you as a customer. But if I had money to throwaway I would definitely sue him. But keep playing games Kevin you are going to meet the right one and I hope you end up nothing having a business. Selling vehicles to people that you know are no good. And I am going to report you to the Better Business Bureau because you are terrible. But just know whatever you do go others it will come back on you.

I’ll give them two stars for working with me and helping me get the car fast but Mr. Kevin Wallace is wrong for selling cars he already knew that there were problems with. Why do you even work with Butler Automotives (Baston Road) if all you’re going to do is ignore the problem and put the problem on your customer who trusted you? I went through the reviews before I even got my car and I seen good reviews but it is all a facade. The day I got my car my engine light came on while I was on the way home I called him to let him know what was going on, he told me to take the car to O’riellys and see why the light came on. The car needed a whole new catalytic converter and he knew that before selling the car. I called him back to let him know what the problem was he told me to bring my car to Butler Automotive the following Monday & I did. THEY DID NOT ( i repeat) DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. They only turned the engine light off and told me it’s a 50/50 chance it might come back on and to call him if it comes back on. GRANTED, I didn’t get a warranty but I asked him if it comes back on you guys will fix it (letting him know it will be on them and he said yes) It came back on the sameeee day. I called back of course and then he told me he’ll call Matthew and let me know when I can bring the car up there. He calls back saying to get the car fixed it’ll be $2200 and that’s his discount price & it’ll be on me after he just said they would take care of it. COMPLETE GARBAGE. BAD BUSINESS.

Extremely rude salesman and owner. Couldn’t test drive it unless we were willing to pay the price they gave us with tax and title BEFORE we even test drove it. Didn’t end up test driving it due to this. Why would I accept a price if I haven’t driven it?! Their listings on Facebook didn’t mention firm on price. They do not budge on price and unwilling to include tax etc price or negotiate at all. Wasted our time. Stay away from this dealership.

I highly recommend Wallace Automotive and Sales! Kevin Wallace and Andrew helped my father and I purchase his first truck in quite sometime. We had trouble finding insurance since my dad hadn’t been insured in so long and Kevin went over and beyond to help me find my father coverage before leaving. He never once made us feel rushed or was annoyed by how long it was taking He was so personable. It’s hard to find people today who actually care about the quality of car they are selling AND the customer service they are giving to people. His help and kindness was so appreciated and I will recommend them to anyone I know needing a vehicle from here on out! ? ?
