UPS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER CLIENT SERVICE STORE EVER!! The concept is great for bringing to the public, they definitely need RE-TRAINING ON WITH EVERYTHING!!!!

Came to this store for a drop off return and was charged $12 for boxes and shipping. I didn't make a big fuss about it in the store being that it was very busy that day and the employee who charged me seemed new. I called customer service for a refund and they directed me back to the store. I had to speak to a manager who told me he would have to look at the label to see if he can refund it, in an irritated tone, and hung up. Customer service called back and said the call dropped. Okay, well they connected me back to the manager again then he proceeded to repeat what he said last time. That's fine l said. Employees were more patient and helpful then the manager. The manager came out and reluctantly gave me a refund while avoiding eye contact and didn't say much. Store needs work.

Opened store late and then refused to follow customer return instructions issued by retailer. Tried to make me buy packaging when instructions clearly stated no label no packaging needed. Will never use this UPS store again.

My husband went to this UPS location today and was very dissatisfied with customer service. The male individual that greeted him was very rude. He was asked for his ID by the UPS worker for which he questioned and refused. The box he was mailing was not big at all and weighed a hair over 1 pound and was shipping to Edgefield, SC. The cost was $27!! Pretty sure he was overcharged. He paid the older male individual with cash and the employee didnt give him back his change. He told the man he owed him $2.76 back and before he could finish the man was cutting him off saying, "yeah, yeah, yeah." The employee in return shorted him by giving him back $2.55. Instead of arguing over $.21 my husband decided to leave and never revisit this location again and avoid UPS.

I would give them a zero I f I could. This store located off Columbia Rd need new people. They are discourteous & liars. They told me they couldn't mail my package as it was wrapped and even had me going searching for a box that wasn't available. I went to the location on Washington Rd in Kroger's parking lot and got my package mailed with no trouble whatsoever. The young man even said after all the trouble I went through, there was no way he wasn't shipping it. The foreigner in Martinez didn't care one way or the other.

I mostly come here for my Amazon returns. Every time, the man who runs the store is extremely helpful and friendly. I’m always in and out very quickly and if I ever have an issue with the app or one of my returns, they have been able to work it out. This is the only place I go for my shipments and returns now because it’s so hassle free and convenient.

After reading all the good reviews about the new owners I must disagree with them. First I did t find them helpful whatsoever and yes it did seem like they talked in a condescending tone. Maybe they were having a bad morning who knows. Just keep this in mind please. People do pay attention.

Incredibly unprofessional when trying to do my Amazon return, Sonal I think was her name. Not helpful at all, spoke to me with an unnecessary angry tone. I use this store weekly and have never had a problem until her so I'm extremely disappointed in what I thought was the best UPS store.

The new owners are so sweet, helpful and kind! I forgot to print out my return label but they took initiative and printed it out for me! I never had such an easy going experience at a ups office! Thank you so much!!!!
