“Today marks our one year anniversary from our closing date! I had decided I wanted to do a review one year after our purchase of our home as a testimony to Kalista Cave. Within this year we have filled up our home with memories that cannot be replaced.Rewind to about 3 years ago (2020) when I had originally contacted Mrs. Cave. We were undecided as to where we wanted to live (on or off post). She sent an abundant of information on the process of buying a home even though we were states away. She promised us a very similar experience of house shopping even though we weren’t local. The videos her and Matt sent were very thorough. While doing the virtual house tours there was no nook or cranny missed. It felt as if we were there. We ultimately decided we would live on post as it was a convince. Unfortunately, that “convince” was at a cost. Yet again I reached out to Kalista. She was the same patient knowledge-able person we had grown to love after out first experience. There was no animosity even after the first fall out of buying a house. She took my family under her wings and guided us to our home now. She laid out all the pros and cons to each and every house we toured regardless of the price. The buying process was very much like our initial one with her. She had our family's intentions whether it was in 2020 or in 2022. She completely understood. Looking back, we should have gone through with buying a house at the beginning. My family is forever grateful for everything she has done for us. I have attached a picture of our family and not the house because she truly was looking out for us not the paycheck. “I have rented from walker for almost a year relocated back here from Ohio. I found the perfect little home for me and my Boyfriend. It needed and still needs some work inside and out but it’s livable. The only problems we had was the way the painters painted it before we moved in paint was all over everything. They did not clean the home as we were told they did. The floor were very nasty. To be honest the floors need to be sanded down and redone or need to have carpet. The kitchen walls need to be redone looks like there has been some type of fire damage to this home at some point. The yard was so over grown and not taken care of it took us months to clean. But over all we have not had any problems once we got moved in . Any maintenance issues we have had fixed in less than 48 hours. Which was great for us. They are always nice when we call or go in to pay out rent.”
