I was so lucky. I thought it was something serious and it could had been if I had drove on it any more. It was all out of oil and I had only been a few weeks behind on getting the oil change.

I only go to Randy Moon. Every-time I go, they are fast and efficient. The prices are way more than fair in comparison to the local market. I have only gone to Randy Moon for the past 3 years and I have no intention on going anywhere else.

Couldn't believe it took over an hour to get 2 tires plugged.i was even more shocked the bill for 2 plugged tires was $35.its been about 4 days and 1 of those tires is flat.the new valve stem there guy installed isn't seated and is leaking.dont waste your time

You hear horror stories about car shops. Not this one. I thought my car would be a $1400 fix. I left with a fixed car for $260. I also thought my car would be in the shop for weeks. It ended up being just a few hours. I will forever take my cars here. And no, no relation to owner.

Storytime:Car went in for a valve cover replacement while am out of state for work for my job (active duty army). My wife picks up the car and notice check engine light on, I told her I'll check on it when I get back. When I got back I saw I have a code for a low fuel pressure (FYI the fuel pump had to be removed to replace the valve cover). Brought it back and he said he did some sort of checks and said it's my pump in the gas tank. I went to get a second opinion. When they took out the fuel pump on the valve cover they noticed the O ring was seated badly which causing the shaft to break under leaving a piece of shaft inside the pump. Went back to Randy's and he ask me what I expect him to do about, he said he is not paying for a new pump, and even tried to blame it on me saying that I drove it back to GA or something along those lines. On top of that he was rude and refused to compromise. Cause and effect is not in his vocabulary.Point of my story I found some better mechanics and I know who I am not taking my cars to again. I lost $700 but I learned my lesson.

I was getting ready to go on a road trip when I realized I was waaay over my mileage for an oil change. I called Randy’s at 2 pm and after initially being told they wouldn’t be able to do it, the lady then told me to go ahead and bring it in and they’d get it done. Awesome place, awesome people, and all around great experience. Good businesses do exist!
