I have used this business on multiple occasions. The proprietor is extremely competent, professional, polite, and honest. His work ethic stands head and shoulders above the vast majority of all businesses I have dealt with, large and small for the last twenty years. Do yourself a favor. Do not waste your money buying a brand new expensive phone. Let him make your broken phone as good as new for a very reasonable price.

I love working with this guy. He knows all about what he is doing! Knows iPhones like the back of his hand. He has now fixed two front glass front screens. Next he’ll be doing my front and back glass yet again He’s super nice! Love using him to fix my stuff!

My husband needed his battery replaced in his phone and the employee that helped him was awesome! He was honest, polite and very knowledgeable about his line of work. Fair prices as well. I definitely recommend this place for any of your electronic repair needs!

I am beyond impressed with Jonathan! I was having a hard time with my old iPhone being shut down (literally), it was an older model and I took it to a very, well known phone repair place in town. They worked on it for 30 minutes and couldn't even get the phone to turn on with a new, battery or trying a new, battery port. I was recommended to Phone Surgeon by one of my clients. Not only did he get the phone to turn on, but he was able to articulate EXACTLY what was wrong with it, and what I needed to do. As a business owner, I can't go without a phone even if I wanted to. Going forward, the Phone Surgeons, with Jonathan will be the only place I go to and will recommend for phone repair services and knowledge about what is actually happening technically with your device.

Very good experience getting my phone fixed with this company. Been in here twice with two different phones and the owner immediately knew the problem both times. He's smart and does good work. Laid back atmosphere and quality service. Fast and friendly and I got my phone working as good as new. I would recommend this shop to family and friends.
