“I love stopping in to visit and pick up all of my niche and quality pet items. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and the store is ALWAYS clean and organized. Travis, the store manager, is like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to pet care. He is always so warm and approachable. If he doesn’t know the answer, Travis will find out for you because he is dedicated to giving you the best customer service possible and because he will be curious as well. You will never get a pitiful “I don’t know” for an answer followed by seeing someone’s back as they are walking away that has unfortunately become too common at most places. Not from him or any of his employees. They are all true animal lovers which comes across in the work that they do. This is my go to store for everything that I need for my pups and at a reasonable price.”
“Animal House Grooming does an amazing job! They always go above and beyond to make sure my baby’s hair is cut exactly as I ask. They have great customer service as well. I highly recommend them!!”
“I love petsense in grovetown from the second you come in the door there's someone to greet you. They are so friendly I recommend people all the time to take their dogs there to be groomed. Sherry is amazing she's my groomer not that the others aren't I'm sure they are. And when I go to leave I check out they help me bring my dogs up and they always have a treat waiting for sweet pea and me with the”
“My son buys his cricket’s here and says they are the best compared to getting them at PetSmart, Petco, and Amazon. He says they look healthier and last longer. We are very happy to have a local cricket supplier in the area!”

“This placed is closed/empty all signs of this ever being a dog/pet store/grooming etc. are non existent. We just took our small dog there for grooming this past weekend and today I walked past and it was empty, called and was informed closed for seasonal not sure what that means. Does anyone know if the groomers are still around town? Love the groomers best one's yet, hope they return or at least read the reviews. My experience was a 5 and so I will rate on that.”
“I have always used a mobile grooming service in the past, with very mixed results. I decided to call Woof Gang out of the blue, and they were able to get me in the next day. This is by far the best my dog has ever been groomed, and I will definitely continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend.”
“Steve, the manager, couldn't have been nicer. He clearly leads by example. The employees all seemed to know their customers by name. This was my first visit to this location and I was beyond impressed!”
“I went in looking for a coat but saw the sign for baths no appointments necessary. I went in to talk to my groomer Kaitlyn and she explained to me I was bathing Maggie too much. I was bathing her weekly and not drying her. Maggie has dry spots on her and I was also told that was probably from not drying her. The moisture builds up and causes this. Wow I learned a lot.I then left there and went in search of a coat where I was greeted by an employee who told me exactly where to look. They were out of size small girl coats so I bought a size small boys coat, she looks adorable. Bottom line is she is warm.”
“I'm mainly reviewing bc the two one star reviews are from one person who got turned down for adoption bc they wanted to cut a cats knuckles off (declawing) and the other bc someone missed their appointment for volunteer orientation. Think of the animals instead of yourselves. Rescue is unforgiving and hard and these are petty reasons to leave a bad review for an animal rescue. That said, this is a no kill shelter! Go and see if your soul pet is there waiting for you.”
“In a day when customer service is almost nonexistent, Darrell at the Evans Tractor Supply is a gem! I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I was approached again minutes later to be sure I was finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my product was unavailable, but Darrel called the North Augusta store for me and made sure someone put their eyes on what I needed before I went over there. Thanks so much!”

“PetSmart is a wonderful store for pet lovers or pet parents. Again, I was there with a friend. The staff was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Personally, I am not a pet person. My lifestyle doesn't coincide with the responsibility. But I can see myself later on having a pet. The store is filled with everything imaginable for pet care and pet extravagance. Be ready to shop and bring your checkbook because things can add up quickly. Have fun shopping for the one you cherish, and as always, I'll see you there.”

“You know, my first thought as a pet owner wouldn't have been to go to Petco for veterinary services. However, after taking my furry pal to Vetco, I don't know why I ever thought that! It was super easy to make an appointment, especially in an emergency when no other vets in the area were available. Don't sleep on Vetco ?”

“We have a new pup and I came across Garden City Pet when looking for Fromm pet food for my new Australian Shepherd pup. I can't say enough good things about this store and its owner. When I entered the store I was on the phone with my husband trying to get the names of products recommended from our Aussy breeder. When I got off the phone, Darcy approached me and was so helpful making sure our pup had the right types of products to give him a great start. I purchased a 15 lb bag of Fromm Gold Puppy food, because, at the time, she didn't have the larger size bag. She immediately went to her computer and ordered the size I needed and let me know that she will have it for me on hand when I need to get restocked and after. She is so knowledgable on each product she carries, what makes it special, and why it's healthy for your pet. She sent me home with more samples than products I purchased, which says a lot about her desire to supply our pets with products that are great for their health, but that they also enjoy. She doesn't carry products that are harmful to your dog, or foods that carry ingredients that your dog shouldn't be eating. She's just a super person, going above and beyond running her business. I will definitely be frequenting Garden City Pet for our pets needs before I shop at Petsmart or Petco.”
