I could see my car the whole time they were changing the oil, my tires were rotated and the technician pointed out the cover on the bottom that had been damaged (I did not know). The technician advised me to get another one from Honda and it could be easily replaced.

“I would give them 50 stars if I could!! A new battery was installed in my 2017 Ford escape because it wouldn't start. It worked for about two days, ely dead again. I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.”
“I had an unfortunate incident that resulted in getting 2 flat tires on my X5 while in the middle of a 2 1/2 hour drive to the Masters. BMW Road Side Assistance gave me the option of having my car towed to Taylor BMW which is on close proximity to Augusta National. At the time, I didn't realize what a blessing in disguise this was. The Service Manager, Brian Moon, provided me and my daughter, the type of Customer service that is rarely seen in this day and age! His primary focus was to ensure this unfortunate event didn't spoil our highly anticipated day. He provided us with a loner vehicle with zero hesitation, which allowed us to be in the Masters gate by 11:30. Depending on the extent of the damage to my X5, he would have allowed me to take the loner back to my home and would deliver my car, once repairs were made! Luckily, only the 2 new tires, and an alignment were needed. After we returned the loner, we were on the road and heading back home at 7:00 that evening! Special thanks to Brian Moon, and Business Manager, Luis Olmo, for their help and courtesy. When me and any family members are in the market for a BMW, we will surely make the trip to Taylor!

“I just want to recognize the excellent service provided by the guys at Jiffy Lube in Grovetown, particularly James. I installed new rotors and brake pads on my car during the weekend but for some reason the brakes were grinding and making noises. James quickly identified the issue, made a diagnosis and repaired the problem. Apparently I needed new hardware to hold the brake pads. It took him less than an hour to complete the service. He also bled, flushed, and replaced the brake fluid. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the whole process. It is pretty impressive to see a technician working on cars with a clean uniform, that means he knows what he is doing. Thanks again for the great service.”
