Even though I purchased my vehicle at another dealership, Gerald Jones Honda Service took care of my vehicle needs. I ran into a minor problem with my brand new vehicle and the dealer I bought it from did not come through for me. The service department at GJH repaired the problem for me. They also made sure I had transportation while this matter was being resolved. They have convinced me to return to them for my factory recommended service and I will also purchase again from their auto group.
Shout out to Sam for handling this issue for me.

I recently visited Gerald Jones Honda Service and had a fantastic experience! Everyone there is super nice and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My car was fixed promptly and the staff were honest and upfront about everything. Highly recommend their service for a seamless and trustworthy experience!

Do not go here! Failed to fill out the documentation for the service check and then told me so what. Also, dipstick was only placed halfway back in. Thank goodness I checked. I showed them and they just shrugged their shoulders.

Bought a Honda here- the customer service makes me wish I would have stayed with Toyota- just to avoid Gerald Jones.
From the aggressively dishonest tactics used to lowball me on my trade in (“we guarantee there won’t be a better offer” and got $5k more that night from Carmax) to finding out that they installed a tracker in my car without disclosing the fact, to an adamant refusal today to complete an oil change covered by the new car service offer at 20% oil life before a road trip- I must wait to 15%, another item that wasn’t disclosed at the time of purchase. If you must get a Honda, and want to purchase the extended warranty, at least save yourself several hundred dollars and buy the same Honda warranty usable nationwide from Saccucci online.

Center console of the car wasn't coming on. They said it would be almost 2k to fix the problem. I asked them to check the fuses just incase and they said they did. After inspection, replaced a fuse that looked blown and it fixed the problem. Beware of this dealership.

Been coming here for over 2 years and the service is always great. If problems do arise (which is rare), they are all over it with solutions and they communicate clearly and consistently throughout every exchange. The customer service here is what I wish customer service was everywhere.

Ryan, the store manager, went above and beyond to resolve several issues I was having with repairing my car. He made sure to keep consistent communication to resolve my needs and helped me to get a fair price, perks at the end, and made sure that I knew I left satisfied and cared for. Probably the worst dealership in the CSRA! Why is that? 1. Earlier this year a service advisor named David, had me pay for someone's else's oil change and tried handing me that person's keys. Very disorganized and unprofessional got the service manager involved and issue was resolved. 2. Brought the car back 2 weeks ago because my car was overheating due to a bad engine coolant exchange. Service advisor Linsey told me air was trapped in the coolant system. Got the service manager involved and issue was resolved. Yesterday my car started overheating again and according to the service advisor Linsey it was because of water pump leak and wanted me to pay $859 for a misdiagnosis. They had to order the water pump and I had to leave my car overnight. Got the service manager involved and all he could do was take off half of the price. Apparently the service technicians are very qualified, but I never had bad services like this ever at other places.

Bad business.bad service..bunch of liars..I took my jeep to put in a compressor and to put in a regulator in my back passenger window.costing me over 3,500.I was told that it was time to pick it up only to find more problems that i didn't have .The front and back windows on the passenger side continue to roll down without me touching the switch.thewindows were working fine prior to me taking the jeep there.I took it back to them and they kept it for a few days calling to tell me that it would cost me over 500 dollars to replace the motor and regulator .I told Alicia the representative I wasn't paying any extra money for something that they did...now I'm stuck with extra problems that I didn't have because o Gerald Jones Honda. This Is not the end .so please spend your money somewhere else..they will cause you extra money and problems .don't trust them.i want the world to know.....
