Being a combat soldier looking for a vehicle has been a challenge, I've been searching online through many dealerships and have had no luck. Tony had called me today and was kind enough to help me find what was available in inventory and what type of car I would like. Tony did what a computer couldn't. He was over the top friendly and very helpful! I will be requesting to speak with him again.

I ordered window deflectors. The order was brought to me from Gerald Jones Subaru. I had figured it would be shipped from corporate. A driver hand delivered it to my door. Great service!!

So I've had a wait a few weeks to think about this experience before I post it....my husband brought our Subaru in to fix a particular problem. While there, they decided to do a "complimentary" check on the car. They stripped/broke one of the lug nuts and called my husband saying it will be 86$ to fix/replace that one lugnut that they broke doing a checkup we never asked for. Hubby told them that we weren't paying for it...they called him back and said he at least has to pay for the part only, which would be 12$. WTF? You were going to charge us 75$ labor for a 10 second job for something you broke in the first place?! I was livid and he quickly told me to drop him off at the front and he would take care of it because he knew I was going to make a big stink...it's okay that I didn't go in...I'm leaving a Yelp review about what happened so others will be aware of what's going on and warn others to tell them not to do the complimentary check up. I do not recommend unless you absolutely have to or if you have a Subaru and there's a recall that you have to get fixed here. Next car is going to be something other than a Subaru if this is the servicer in town.

The process in buying ANY vehicle is long. So we were there for ~3-4 hours with our 15mo. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and understanding - with both the car buying process and our son. We bought from Subaru and let me tell you...they got their stuff together!! These folks are the chick-fil-a of dealerships! They made sure we loved and understand our vehicle before driving off. I am extremely happy with my new Ascent and highly recommend purchasing from Gerald Jones Subaru!

The crossbar arrived and fitted almost perfectly to my original one. there was some design difference between the both but I believe it will work out.

I bought a 2018 certified preowned in December but it had unusual issues that defied fixing. I contacted subaru after spending more time in their loaner than in my own car. They were able to work out a great deal and got me back on the road in a 2020. I am so pleased with service and sales alike. A very professional team handled a unique and unprecedented issue with a faulty vehicle. Thank you so much!

I have some credit issues so I filled out a form online and they assured me I was pre approved. I texted them and explained my credit and that I could not waste time if it wasn't going to work. I needed to get a vehicle TODAY to get to work Monday. So if they couldn't help me, I would just keep looking. No harm, no foul. If we can't do been this, I totally understand and I'm fine with that. They ASSURED me they could make it happen. After 2 and a 1/2 hours of holding me hostage, they couldn't help me. And it is too late for me to go anywhere else today. I understand the credit being denied, but they could have run it before I even walked in the door and saved us the trouble and I could have gone elsewhere. Waste of their time and mine. These are the kinds of places that make people wary of dealing with car dealers, because they just aren't truthful in what they present.
