I purchased my Mazda from Ethan Jeffries today and it was the best experience. Ethan’s knowledge and professionalism is unmatched! I was truly impressed. This was the first car I have purchased and he made the process so smooth and not stressful at all! I highly recommend seeing Ethan at Gerald Jones Mazda!

Ethan Jeffries was the best salesman I’ve ever had. The way he was professional and knew everything about my car was phenomenal. He was not pushy what so ever, and this was by far the best experience yet. I’m military and recommend this dealership, and Ethan, for military personnel and families.

We couldn’t have had a better experience when recently purchasing our Subaru Forester. Ethan Jeffries and Frank Majors arranged for us to receive our SUV in Pooler, GA; all without making a trip to the dealership. The virtual transaction and delivery of the SUV was seamless! This was the the first time for us to purchase this way, and we’d gladly do it again…of course, at Gerald Jones Mazda!

I recently purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-5 from Gerald Jones Mazda, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted by friendly faces and a warm atmosphere.
Karl and Scott both possessed an in-depth understanding of the CX-5 and took the time to listen to my needs and desires. Their expertise and dedication ensured that I found the perfect vehicle tailored to my preferences. Both have a commitment to customer satisfaction that is truly commendable.
The general manager, Pat, was equally impressive. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and ensure that I received the best possible deal on my new car. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the entire transaction.
The service group at Gerald Jones Mazda also deserves recognition. I was impressed by the efficiency and expertise of the team. They completed the get ready inspection quickly and effectively, ensuring that my vehicle was in top condition. I know that my new purchase will be well taken care of for all of my future appointments.
Last but not least, the finance manager, Frank, deserves recognition for their professionalism and transparency. He quickly worked to find a financing option that aligned with my budget and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

My Sales Consultant, Keith Owens. was extremely professional throughout the entire process. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase or feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been since the year of 2007 since I had purchased a new vehicle, so yes the technology wasn’t there and this is all new to me. Keith helped me to understand and still invited me to come by if I needed further assistance. I would definitely recommend anyone to check out the many options at Gerald Jones in Martinez GA and ask for Keith Owens.

Kudos to the service department. A text was sent with an update and a person to stay in contact with. In the past a loaner car was offered if service took longer than a day. Never have an issue, unlike some of these other service departments in this town.

Just purchased a CX 50 from Ethan, and in my years of buying cars this was by far the most painless and easy experience I've had, the whole process was just under an hour the car looked great from detail and the finance department was great as well! These guys worked with me since I had to sell my other car to Mercedes Benz the same day, (which took 6 hours) Highly recommend Gerald Jones and ask for Ethan he's great, works with you and is very informative about his products!!

My wife and I highly recommend working with Ethan Jeffries at the Gerald Jones Mazda dealership. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our time, he made our car buying experience the best I’ve ever experienced (and now in my late 60s, I’ve had a number of experiences). I also want to shout out to Patrick Jones, the manager, and Frank in the administration/office. This is a top level staff and I would gladly recommend them in the car market. This review is based on my communications via email with Gary Rickenbaker. I was in the market to buy a new car and I like to do all of my communications via email. I reached out to Gary and he got back to me quickly with a solid OTD number for a new vehicle. We went back and forth several times his price was very competitive but unfortunately not the lowest I received so I went with another dealer instead. Their pricing was VERY close to a competitors but they did the best they could. However, Gary was very responsive the whole time and was great to work with. I never once felt pressured or rushed to buy a car and my process took about 2-3 weeks of communication. He responded almost immediately every time and answered all questions that I had. I hope to work with him again in the future when I search for another new vehicle. Thanks Gary!!!

In March I did a”Build and Price” on Mazda’s website which produced numerous calls and e-mails from the dealership. Website showed the color combo to be in stock. Visited and was told it had just been sold and that the dealer could not order another. Salesperson kept trying to sell something I didn’t want and said they couldn’t get one from another dealer. Wrote and hand delivered a complaint which has never been answered. Then on May 1 wrote the same complaint to the President of Mazda USA. This has never been answered. I recommend avoiding this dealership. Go to a dealer that is ready to satisfy your needs.
