Horrible place to buy a car the wait time for service is 30-60 days out I would rather get a American sports car also they have very little technicians so most repairs they will lie and just tell you to get a new engine because they have little knowledge on how to complete the job

I recently purchased an Audi S8 at Audi of Augusta and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Chris Martin was my salesman and he took the time to match me with the perfect car that I have been enjoying very much. He was very dedicated to making the whole experience as pleasant as possible and making sure that I was totally satisfied from start to finish. Matt Guzman the sales manager also followed up on every aspect and I was impressed with his knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction. Bill Newsome handled all of the paperwork and basically made it a very easy purchase. Thomas Banks made sure the ceramic coat that the car got was perfect. All in all, I can strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new Audi contact this dealership as I am sure that they will be as impressed with the service as I have been!

I bought a 15k car in CASH. The salesman was William Walker. The same night of taking the car home, i went out to grab my purse to find roaches on the back seat. I took it back the next day to be bombed. Only to find on my way home, after picking it up that there were roaches now COMING OUT OF MY VENTS!!! I brought it back again , was given no loaner car and had no car for 4-5 days. And there are STILL roaches in it. Then i get an email saying “thanks for the sale.”. Be careful working with these people. seriously

My 2021 Audi Q5 displayed electrical system malfunction alert while driving. I called the service department to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately the next loaner car they had wouldn’t be available until January 30th. We decided to drop it off anyways without getting a loaner. Cliff in the service department was able to get it back and fixed in the same day. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Bradley, Matt, David, and David are the superior professionals in their field. I enjoyed being in a no pressure environment and I believe in the buying process Bradley and Matt were very upfront, and as if they were my best friends. Bradley gave me solid advice and gave me a new perspective on my options I never thought of. Matt was very upfront in honest, but like I said it was more like a family member (the good ones) or my best friend. He also gave me great advice and insight. These two gentlemen made it so easy to buy, words can't describe it. I appreciate them more than they know and believe they are a true asset the Gerald Jones and Audi establishments. I can honestly say if they weren't there we would have ended up with a Mercedes, but we returned the Mercedes and bought from these guys.
David (Finance), folks I know a lot of people hate going into the finance office. We think we're gonna get sold on some junk. However, do you research, David is not only right, he's trying to help. To replace or fix anything on a 8 model vehicle whether its an A8, S8, R8, Q8, etc. it's gonna cost you 3 mortgages worth. David gave us sound and solid advice and no pressure sent us home with the Audi warranty information, tire replacement plan, etc. to do our own research. After a week we didn't find anything to disprove him, he was honest and we bought the addons. If you want to buy a vehicle 10x over and have that kind of money to just give away, don't listen to him. However, if you want to have no worries and the ability to pull it into service department and walk away care free, Listen to what he has to say and purchase what he offers. He really is trying to help you sleep at night when your vehicle is in the shop. Let's face it they all go to the shop, machines break, its what Dave Ramsey calls life, it just happens. So trust David, even tho you may not know him or think he's trying to get one over on you, I promise you he is not.
David the Service Manager - This gentleman is going places. An expert and professional. Doesn't shoot you a line keeps it Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF), I respect it and admire it. He kept us informed throughout when we have gone in for service and is great to talk with. He is extremely knowledgeable and at times when he's not sure he'll verify before trying to just shoot you a line and pass you off. I respect that. If Audi management here in town is smart, they'll keep him happy with the other 3 mentioned.

First time purchasing anything other than a Ford and couldn't be more pleased and impressed. From the first moment we stepped into the showroom we were treated phenomenally. From our salesperson Consuella to the GM Ms. Vicki and our finance rep Mr. Bill. We were taken care of every step of the way, shown patience because we asked a lot of questions and overall just felt really taken care of. Gerald Jones VW is incredible. Super impressed too that the GM is situated right out front and answers the main phone and she isn't hidden in some back office like I've seen at many other dealerships. 10/10 highly recommend!

Month plus long wait times for service and when you finally get a service scheduled it gets canceled, Never answers phones either
