Took my truck in to get an electric fan installed. Was told they could do it. They had my truck for 3 days and did not do the job at all. Charged me $300 to simply keep my truck and ultimately tell me they couldn't do the job. That's not even that big a deal. But what is is that I went to repair something else and noticed that the mechanical fan shroud was not fastened back down. I've used this place several other times, but this was my last time.

I am very disappointed with the result of my experience, since first of all, in order for us to finalize the rental contract, we spent almost two hours on the phone, because their application is very poor and in the middle of the process it blocks and kicks you out without giving you any results, and when we went To return the unit, we lost one more hour because it was already out of hours when the company promises 24/7 and by the way my statement arrived with several extra charges and since there is never personalized service, again we had to call and I invested time to get there to an agreement, even so I am sure that I paid more, for a service that they promise to be efficient at 29.99, my charge was 120.60...?so I recommend being careful with the service of this intermediary.

Poor service and workmanship. Took our 2013 Ford Edge in for brakes that started giving out and went straight to the floor (CONDITION). Mechanic didn't bother to determine the CAUSE of the issue. Just guessed and said "replace the master cylinder," which didn't fix the issue. When we pointed out the brakes were still non-functional (failure to CONFIRM), we were told the pads and rotors needed to be replaced (another pure GUESS). When we did that ourselves, we found the pads averaged 6mm, which meant they had at least 6-12 months of life left. Mechanic never bothered to figure out the actual CAUSE.
We had to research the possible CAUSE ourself, and found a recall (brake booster) that could have possibly been the issue, but we were literally just past the 10 year timeline, so the repair wasn't covered. We decided to take it to a different shop to do the recall repair suggested through the recall notice.

You know how you search through reviews hoping to find one that will save you trouble. This is that review. I've never received such unprofessional, piss-poor work and service. It took him over a MONTH to get my car back and he didn't even keep me updated. I had to reach out. When I was actually able to get him on the phone he kept saying he was waiting for parts or needed more to weld the muffler or more time to figure it out (the electrical issue) . I paid upfront and he took full advantage to waste my time, money and not even fix my issue. Do not let these souped up reviews fool you. Do not trust Paul. In these photos is the “nice muffler” he promised me smh. If you like wasting money and getting the runaround, then Paul is for sure your guy.

Rented a uhaul trailer at Georgia auto repair, and the service was EXCELLENT, fast service, and super nice, friendly people. I'm glad I picked this place to rent a uhaul. Will definitely consider them again.

Highly recommend using Georgia Auto Repair! I was traveling to Evans, GA for the weekend when my car started having some issues with accelerating. I called first thing Saturday morning and Paul said he had techs on site and to bring it in. They quickly diagnosed my car, gave me a call to let me know what all needed to be done before starting on the work, and then had everything finished within an hour! They were so fast and friendly and my car has been driving just fine ever since! Paul was even nice enough to give me a call later in the day to check in and make sure everything was still running smoothly. If you live in the area, definitely would give Georgia Auto Repair a call for any of your mechanic needs!

A friend recommended that I take my suv to Paul when there was a sudden issue with the brakes. I took it to him at 5pm yesterday and within a half hour he called to tell me exactly what the problem was and how much the repair would cost. Less than 24 hours later he had it repaired and ready to go. I will definitely be going back for any work that needs done on my suv in the future.

Mr Paul was a God send. My right front wheel bearing went out on my way to Augusta Ga to watch my grandson play in the little league 9U World Series and had to have my truck towed from Millen ga to augusta ga. Just so happened we were headed to one of the games and stopped by a little shop to get more information on what we needed to do. Mr Paul, after talking to him said he can fix it for me even though he had plans for that evening!! He fixed it and we made it home safely Sunday evening!! Needed a last-minute rental for 2 hours to haul off a few bulky items. After a few estimates from 300-500 for 8 bulky items hauled off, I decided to do it myself. After Penske rentals couldn't get me a rental till around 3 p.m. they were available at the last minute around 11 a.m. Wonderful customer service. Good experience from start to finish.
