Excellent facility. Our dog came.back clean, healthy, happy. Cannot ask for more. Highly recommend this facility for your animal for boarding and bath.

We took our dog, Annie, to stay at Four Paws and we could not be happier with the care our dog received. The facility is clean, colorful and smells so nice! The people are friendly to both humans and pets. We felt as if our dog would be well cared for and we were not disappointed. We highly recommend Four Paws. We will definitely be using them for all boarding and grooming needs!

Four Paws are super amazing. We have been with them for years and they take great care of my fur babies. They are also very personable, after my oldest furbaby passed they sent us a card filled with condolences from everyone on staff and that was so heartfelt and I couldn't thank them enough.

I have an English Bulldog named Pancake and these ladies just gave us such a warm welcome and took to Pancake like they knew him forever and they are always able to take care of my needs on my last minute trips and Pancake just loves to go there. Highly recommend to anyone.

They don't answer the phone nor return messages. Very odd and poor business practice. Tried all week, but no response. Found a better place that I'd have confidence would answer the phone while I'm out of town and wanted to check on my dog.

They don't answer their phones nor return calls. They are only there 2 hors in morning and 2 in afternoon but evidently don't bother to check messages or don't care. Also, how comfortable are you leaving your pet when they are gone most the day cause if they weren't why the special "open" hours and if someone was there during so called closed hours can't they answer phones or return calls? Cause they aren't there. God forbid anything happens to your pet while no one is watching them.

I have been calling for two weeks to inquire about a reservation. Left two voicemails with no return call. After reading the reviews, I see that I’m not alone in getting a response from this place. Taking my business elsewhere.

Front dest was very rude!!!! She said they told her not to take a big dog. I would not recommend anyone to bring their dogs there.

Beware of this place! You could be left without someone to care for your pets at the last minute. We had made reservations.with them in April for our 3 dogs for our upcoming 10 day vacation in July. I received an email confirmation for the reservation. I booked the Disney resorts, hotel.on the beach in Daytona and hotels.on the road there and back and could not get a refund. However when we arrived during their limited drop off hours in the am, I was told that they did not have the reservation and did not have room for them. I was terrified that we had just lost thousands of dollars and a dream vacation that my daughter had been looking forward to for months.I showed them the email but they just brushed it off, said they were full and did not even apologize for such a big error. Thank goodness we were able.to find somewhere to take them at the last minute. Thank goodness we we not taking a plane because we would havei mssed because this ordeal made us very late. It was a VERY scary situation that they put my family in. I would have at least appreciated an apology for making this mistake.

Our dog gets groomed at Four Paws and we have had her board with them too. They are friendly and kind to our dog. The groomers are the best. We have tried several others and Four Paws is our favorite.When she boards, I was told they match up personalities for the outside time. The staff will keep you informed if there are any needs you’re concerned about.They are good about returning calls and the boarding is first come first serve. Our dog, Grace, highly recommends them.
