Very poor experience at the Wheeler Road location. They have had my Kona for almost 7 weeks now getting three doors repaired. I still don’t have it. Updates have been few and far between. Customer service from the front desk has been poor. I’ve had cars at the Washington road location in the past with no issues. But this experience has been awful.

I didn't get any service from them when I came for a quote. 2 people were inside at the time, a quote only takes a 1-5min. I had went to 2 other shops prior to Cushman's, where they looked at the scrape on my front bumper. I was in and out in less than 4min with them. I was told I had to make an appointment for 4 days later with Cushman just to get a quote and no other customers were there. The other 2 shops had ppl coming in and out while I waited for my quote.I gave them a 2 because the recommendation I was given to go to them was good. However, my personal experience was not good. The young lady who was giving me my appt and the gentleman sitting next to her made me felt so uninvited from the looks given towards me and definitely from the "get out" looking stare the guy gave me and he never spoke even after being to spoke to him when we walked in.As we were walking out, my son says: "Mom don't go there. I didn't like the way they were looking at us." I responded, "You felt that too? I won't." So, it wasn't only me who had that unwanted uninvited vibe.

DO NOT GO HERE! PLEASE READ! Cushman damaged my truck while there for 3 weeks for a simple rear bumper claim through nationwide. I received my car back with small scratches on the whole passenger side of my car, scratches on my new chrome bumper, a chipped tail light, and a few paint chips missing. The shop was extremely rude to me and my family member when calling to ask what had happened. They tried to blame me for these damages but were caught when we asked for the photos at drop off that they took. After further investigation and realizing these damages were not previously on my truck, Cushman's did offer to try and buff the scratches out or paint the whole passenger side of my truck. I expressed multiple times there is no way I will be bringing my truck back to a shop that was rude, dismissive, and careless. I asked them to pay for a detailer who specializes in these scratches and to replace my new bumper-which I could put on myself. If they agreed to do this, I would not be writing this review. They told me they would not pay for a detailer to fix these damages and to call nationwide if I have a problem. So currently I am working with nationwide to get my truck fixed... AGAIN. I have yet to speak to a shop manager. I'm so upset that I got caught up with this shop just to have a simple rear bumper replaced. Now I have body damage on my truck and I will have to come out of pocket to fix it.

They removed several dent from hail on my 2019 ford F-150 and it looked amazing, very good quality workmanship.
