my appt was at 930 - i got there at 920. granted, i had my baby and my new dog with me and that was not their fault but they offered no assistance/ help - just handed me a paper and pen and told me to fill out their paper (barely any seats bc they were busy) meanwhile both the front desk employees were on their cellphone.. i previously had to reschedule bc of a funeral and they got an attitude w me for rescheduling “again” so i took my baby with me. they called me an hour later at 1030 and said they were ready for me. i told them they can take me out of their system as a patient and they said “okay, bye”
terrible, HORRIBLE customer service. people waiting to be seen were more friendly and helpful than the staff.

Our third time here. We bring our German shepherd here. Dr. Gross is great! Very knowledgeable. Very kind and welcoming. The staff has been very kind. And pleasant to talk to for appointments and payments. We have been to numerous vets in the CSRA. Our dog has super bad allergies. And it's been awful dealing with many vet clinics. Care more seems so great! And we will continue coming here for care. I highly recommend checking this place out. They also have a military discount! Sometimes vet bills can be very expensive, and any little bit off helps.

After 14 years, it was time to put my Brownie down. She was blind, deaf and starting to have problems walking. I didn't want to have her suffer. She lived a good life. I miss her.
The staff at Care More were so kind. The process was gentle and not rushed. Thank you all. I especially loved the paw print. My daughter and I each have one. That is so special. ❤️

I've been taking all of my furbabies to Care More for a few years now & love them. Excellent staff & vets who go over everything w/you thoroughly. They also try to offer lower-cost options that may adequately address the issue if the gold standard treatment is too expensive. From birth to the end of their life, your pets will be well cared for ?

Could not be happier with Caremore. Awesome staff and there in your time of need or for a regular check up. My new Vet as long as my puppers hangs in there.

Unfortunately I had to have my sweet girl rockstar put down. The staff was incredibly empathetic and caring. About a week or 2 later they sent a sympathy card & everyone signed it. It doesn’t sound like something big, but it showed that they care not just for the critters they take care of, but the families as well.
Thank you guys again, it ment the world to me & my daughter.

We recently lost my son on 5/3 he was 16. I called told them the situation and they saw me asap by noon that same day. The nurses and Dr Gross were the most compassionate people. Thank yall so much for making me feel ok with the whole process.
Update: went to pick up my baby it took 4 tries but we got him. They gave me the most beautiful keep sake I’ve ever seen for an animal. I’m just in awe of this group of people there compassion and empathy is astounding and I am happy we chose them as our care takers of our precious baby

Dr. Gross and all of the veterinarians and staff here are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that they were the ones who saw to my senior cats' well-being, and I'm grateful for how they treated us when it was time to let go.
