“I showed up to Rick's after being quoted almost 500 dollars to fix a minor issue on my vehicle. The team here was able to take a look at my vehicle the same day I brought it in and told me if I got the part they could have it fixed and taken care of in 30 mins and with just spending 50 dollars on labor. I brought my vehicle back the following Tuesday and they were true to there word and was able to help me out tremendously. Murphy is the man who hooked me up and I highly recommend this shop to anyone with any form of body damage to there vehicle!”

The front lobby itself needs some work. The restrooms are dirty and unpleasant for sure! Considering that clients have to wait so long maybe consider some tables to work and sit comfortably.

“I must share my experience with Gerald Jones Volvo. I know people usually share negative experiences but I have nothing but positives to share! For the past year my 2016 Volvo XC 90 has been in service for several issues. They have taken great care of me! I have had PTSD with the car…. So glad we bought the extended warranty :)
Buy the extended warranty…..but I digress. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Greg is service department! He’s been so wonderful and made everything good. Always had a car for me to drive off in and updated us. Thank you Greg!!!! If Greg wasn’t there, the service manager or another were always helpful and kind.”

“So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn't have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! I left with a vehicle that brought me joy, met my needs and I also was clear that I had a vehicle that would give me premium performance”
“The service is decent and polite. I've never had any car issues after service, but the coffee in the waiting room is horrible. If you're a coffee drinker, pick up one from somewhere else before you come and save yourself the trauma.”
