“I showed up to Rick's after being quoted almost 500 dollars to fix a minor issue on my vehicle. The team here was able to take a look at my vehicle the same day I brought it in and told me if I got the part they could have it fixed and taken care of in 30 mins and with just spending 50 dollars on labor. I brought my vehicle back the following Tuesday and they were true to there word and was able to help me out tremendously. 4483 Columbia Rd, Martinez“I am only given the store five stars they did awesome and helped any way they could but when I purchased a faulty cam sensor that cost me an extra $210 because of it being bad that I spent to figure out other issues it turned out to be a bad sensor that I had purchased from this store I called and talked to the district manager of the area seeking reimbursement for the $210 that I did not have to spend if that sensor was not bad and did absolutely nothing to help his name is Mr Madison and basically brush me off and said there's nothing that he could do and that they just sell the part but I personally think should be home responsible if you sell the part and it's bad then you probably shouldn't sell that brand but now I am out $210 but five stars to the store zero stars to Mr Madison”
