My wife and I love going to Yun’s for our dry cleaning! We’ve always gotten our clothes back in a reasonable time and a decent price. The customer service makes it feel like a friend is doing it for us because he always remembers who we are!

I have been going to this cleaner for 6+ years and when I returned from an international business trip I dropped off over 8 items. Now, he claims I never dropped them off and refuses to reimburse me for the loss, which was in excess of $300 as the clothes were purchased for my international trip. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER as he does not stand behind his services.

Terrible customer service- ruin clothes without remorse or compensation. If you know what is best you will look for another place to get your clothes cleaned!!!

If I could rate zero stars I would!!! I brought a designer white graphic tee here to be cleaned and when I came to pick it up, it looks much worse than it did when I dropped it off. There are now stains all over my shirt!! I paid $500 for this t shirt and wore it maybe 3 times and the owner now tells me to wear it with the stains as a "cool design"!! Completely unacceptable and I have been coming here for about a year now and will NEVER come back! Every time I come he would compliment my clothes and say how nice and fancy they were and this is how he treats nice and fancy clothes. Was not apologetic at all on top of that!! Tried to blame Loewe and say they shouldn't make shirts like this. DO NOT BRING YOUR THINGS HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM!!
