We don’t know her name, but the woman in this store was very very rude and kind of racist.We went to the store with our kids, but after we entered the store, she was just following us all the time and watching on us, and didn’t allow the kids to touch anything in the store. Actually, we were trying to buy something for the kids.

I've been to a few "Your Serve" locations and didn't really have good customer service. The employees didn't seem to care about what I needed and just wanted me in and out. The Store manager at this location was the first person to actually talk through my game and the racket he recommended. I highly recommend this location and plan on coming here for my tennis needs.

HORRIBLE service by Jill and I see a recent review that is similar to my experience. I watched her drive two other customers from the store as well. I picked up a shoe to ask her if they had a 7.5 and she snatched it out of my hand and berated me because the shoe was in the wrong spot. I let her know I didn't do that, I just picked it up and she proceeded to ignore me and started talking to another customer that had already been helped by her. I could give three more examples of rude (and offensive) things she did but hopefully this is enough.

Great store with wonderful merchandise. Unfortunately had the first bad experience with with sales associate, Jill. We specifically set a time to meet with her for help with clothing. Instead of focusing on helping one customer effectively, she floated around the store… doing returns, calling other stores to check on the availability of one shirt in another size. When we asked for her help, she didn’t apologized but proclaimed to the store that: “We open at 12pm, I’m one person, We have other customers.” Instead of just trying to resolve the situation by saying, “I’m sorry, give me one moment and I will finish helping you,” she rolled her eyes at the customers in front of her.I will never work with such an obnoxious woman again. The manager was very nice, the young man was… but, she was incapable of addressing the situation. We left and went to the Buckhead store and received excellent service.I do recommend Your Serve… but, highly suggest working with a different sale person than Jill whose behavior was so inappropriate, even as she yelled “thank you” when we left (knowing how upset we were).

Don't shop here for pickle ball merchandise. The salesman who I asked about racquets rolled his eyes at me and made me feel like I was irritating him because I played pickle ball. I went in wanting to buy that day but because of his attitude, there's no way I would have spent a cent there . However, there was another employee there that was much nicer and helped to answer a few questions which was nice. Unfortunately after the encounter with the first guy, I will not be going back.

I just swung by to pick up my racket that I dropped off the day before to be strung. Didn't realize that they closed at 6 PM on Friday (my fault). One of the guys that works there was nice enough to bring the racket out to me even though they were already closed Friendly staff and very helpful.
