Talk about "white glove" service. The delivery men were professional, efficient, and courteous. They were on time, then proceded to bring my refridgerator in, had to remove front door, then avoid the walls that I had just painted. SUCCESS!!! RXO handled delivery of an exercise bike. Their process of advance notification (several days by email) with things to prepare for, day before reminder including the next day's 3-hour window for delivery, and about a half-hour final advance notice on the day of delivery really helped me to plan my day. The two-man team was courteous and professional handling the set-up and clean-up. It was a very good experience.
