Me & My Husband have had issues with our Xfinity Services for 4 years now! After not getting any help via the call center! We went into the store on Austell Rd. And Met Clifton P! To be exact, not only did he clear our issues, he saved us money! Clifton gave us a really clear explanation of our account, assisted me with logging into my account! Got us all upgraded with new equipment! Todays Instore visit with Clifton, really reminded me on why I picked Xfinity for my WiFi, Cable, Home security services ❤️ Thanks to the Great Team at East West!

Brought my 2 kids in today and my oldest son is special needs , he became overwhelmed and over stimulated while in the store. Jarvis helped us and was so patient and kind with the kids AND me lol I am a new customer and he took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed too before I left. Couldn't have asked for better customer service, seriously, Thank you!

Came in to change my cell service and I was greeted by Clifton. He was professional and extremely helpful and made the switch easy and quick…: someone give him a raise!!

Beware of bait and switch with your contract here! I went in to replace my modem which had been damaged by a lightning strike. The guy offered to make a new contract with my internet since I was out of contract and paying extra per month so I agreed. I was emailed the total which I was happy with...but 50 minutes after the store had closed that day I received a new email saying my contract was modified, which increased my total by $55! He added voice premiere which I don't need and cancelled a free perk I had in the original contract. Customer service was understanding and fixed the issue, but the worker at the store should not be allowed to pull such actions. Always double check your contract a day or two after signing for it.

Went to this store to cancel cable tv and only keep the internet. They offered us 2 phone lines for $40 a month in writing that would roll over to $60 after
One year. Every time I look at my app I am charged $60 a month plus $25 start up charge for each line that we were not told about. OK so give them the $50’the first time around plus $40. My app still showing $60 for 2 lines. I have talked to 7 people and spent 3-4 hours on the phone. Promised it would show up correctly on next billing cycle which is now. Surprise surprise still wrong. Lied about the offer, lied about the correction by every person I talked to. Never do business with Xfinity. Next step small claims court in Cobb County.

These folks making millions a year and won't even spend 50k for a customer service representative at this location to help with bill payments. Be prepared to spend at least an hour in here just to pay your bill. Can't pay it online because no matter how many times you change your number everything will still go to whatever number you had when you set up the account. If you can get some At&t GET IT you never know will you will have to go in store

Slow and preoccupied with other task the female worker in there rude to other employees! Was told 15-20 min waited to pick up equipment took 1hr and 20 mins

Alexis Williams was perhaps the most remarkable retail associate that we have encountered anywhere in Georgia in recent years. Alexis was patient with us, attentively listened to our needs, exhibited outstanding communication skills, and masterfully resolved our complex cell phone issue with great ease. The strange thing that I noticed was that written on Alexis' name tag was "Trainee". Without a doubt, the tag should have read "Trainer" because Alexis was quite knowledgable in the offerings of Xfinity products and services. As a result of Alexis' personable and friendly customer service, I will be returning next month for additional Xfiniity services.... One more thing. I returned to the store the following day because I could not figure out certain phone settings. I was greeted warmly by Kenyatta. Although she was suffering from seasonal allergies due to the high pollen count, she was able to tackle my issue successfully in record time. She was polite, courteous and very knowledgable. I really appreciate Kenyatta and Alexis. They each have a passson to give the best customer service possible and are a credit to the Comcast family.

I went to Xfinity on Austell Rd Austell, GA yesterday to replace Tmobile and move to Xfinity for my cell service and internet. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by employees who obviously love their jobs and value their customers!!!! What a happy relaxed environment. I was first greeted by consultant Alexis who really deserves to have her own store. She was in training yet AMAZING. She was kind, extremely patient, and very thorough. I felt like i had met a friend for life. Her manager Danielle also assisted me. She too had the kindness of Christ and the patience of Job. She listened to my concerns, and like Alexis helped identify and solve all my needs. In addition, Kenyatta helped me as well knowing exactly what I needed to ensure excellent customer service. She too was wonderful. Shemar, what a gentleman, he too was so helpful and kind. I was there a while as I switched carriers but every minute was worth it and every single one of these employees made me not only feel valued as a customer but more than a customer, they made me feel valued as a human being. I don't drive anymore but if I did I would have gladly bypassed every Xfinity store and every other carrier JUST to come to the Austell location!!!! That's how amazing they are. And not only did they meet my phone and internet needs completely, but Danielle the manager even offered me a bottle of cool water to drink as I stayed there waiting for my services to be changed. It was almost as if she knew what I needed without me saying it. A new cell and internet provider I gained. New friends I made. My thirst for service was more than satisfied. It was excelled. My thirst for water was quenched. My thirst to be recognized as a human being with feelings was met. Don't go anywhere else. Run to Xfinity in Austell if you want to be blown away with kindness. Thank you Alexis, Danielle, Kenyatta, and Shemar. You made my whole month.
