Horrible, no customer service, dismissive attitude. Never received a phone call, I called and asked what was going on, Mo laughed and stated he entered the wrong number under my name. No apology, just laughed. My vehicle was there for 2 wks for a 6 dollar part that they charged 700 dollars for. I asked for a parts breakdown and was refused by Mo. I would not recommend this business to women or any person of color. NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Disrespectful, unprofessional, refused to show me the work that was done or provide me with a breakdown of parts that were replaced. I would never recommend anyone to come here. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks for a 6 dollar part, no phone call to follow up with me, no apology. Rude and uncaring. THIS IS NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! Ike and Moe are the best. I’ve worked mostly with Moe but my some with Ike and both are great. Was Been taking my Audi there for several years now and they do a great job. Best of all, they’re honest. They fix what needs fixing and don’t try to sell you repairs you don’t need. And they are very good at what they do. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the work that Ike and Mo do at Wiley Automotive. They are currently working with us through an insurance claim that has been most cumbersome. But, Ike is so patient and fair. I'm glad we chose to use Wiley Automotive.

This has been the most delightful experience with a mechanic yet. I had a horrible experience at another mechanic where they took advantage of me and overcharged me with out doing a great job. I found Moe and his company from searching and getting second opinion about an oil leak due to what the prior mechanic found. This man was the most kind and honest man, my God, I dont want to get emotional about it. He immediately saw what the problem was and quoted me, the surprising thing, the price would be 2 x less than what the other mechanic was going to charge me, mind you, he wasnt aware of the other prices. I Immediately said yes, because one, the reviews and being mostly females giving him praise, I felt so comfortable. What makes it even better, is that once he worked on the car, the price was even less because he said, what the other mechanic was trying to change wasn't needed at all, and only fixed the actual issue. The integrity and honesty of this company is mind blowing. I am currently still having issues with the job the prior mechanic did which was over $3000 and I was able to call Moe and he happily provided me advice on how I should handle it. I trust every word that comes out of his mouth. He is able to tell me what is likely the problem and is willing to confirm by taking a look at the job they did, so when I go back to the other mechanic, I have an expertise advise to get what I need done. Moe also proceeds to say, I will take care of your car if that company acts funny. I just want to say thank you MOE, you are an honest man. May God continue blessing you and your company for all that you do. We need more mechanics like him. ill never go else where and I promise to tell everyone about him. He has a forever customer in me. Thank you again. I know God brought me your way for a reason.

Wylie Automotive is a highly skilled well organized and very professional automotive shop. My BMW was making a sound that our BMW dealership had trouble figuring out. We took our car to Moe and his team who quickly diagnosed the problem, made the proper replacement and cost of repairs were considerably lower than BMW. We will continue bringing our vehicles here and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for skilled mechanics who make the repairs needed in little to no time at a fair cost.

The team did a great job repairing my 955 Porsche Cayenne using quality parts and fixed the exact issue I was having while also performing preventative maintenance per my request while they had it in the shop.
