do not go to this place I don’t even know if they’re open anymore or their other locations but I left my space gray MacBook Pro with them that is worth over $2000 to get the screen fixed and I was getting a quote so I had it paid yet I returned to make the payment and the store was closed. I have spent two months trying to get in contact with them and have yet to receive a call back and email anything they are not here. Please do not go here

I sent my girl in the store today to replace her battery we go back and pick the phone up, power the phone on and get a warning symbol, telling us that they replaced her battery with aftermarket battery and void my insurance.

Got there for an Amazon pickup as we were staying here from out of town. No one was there but I called the business and it redirected to someone’s phone number who didn’t answer but shot me a prompt text setting up a new time to pickup my items. Very friendly interaction and when I did pick up he was engaged with a customer but addressed me quickly and got me on my way. Seems like a well run place.

Went to have my phone fixed and was sold a $199 membership to expidite service and received a wrong diagnosed for repair. Did not get any estimate for the wrong repair. I did get a hard sell to buy one of there phones. If you want to pay for a service that gives wrong diagnosis and is unusable this is the place to go.

I would not recommend this establishment, They misdiagnosed the problem, charged for a membership really not needed and tried to sell me one of there phones. I end up taking my phone somewhere else and my phone was repaired in 24 hours.

Great customer service! Owner really knows his stuff. Just wish there hours of operation was posted on the door or online. I pulled up several times and they were closed.

The team at WreckTech started with a small job that turned out to be a little more complicated. First, I was surprised that I was offered a loaner phone while they worked on my iPhone. Then, when my phone required more work than I anticipated, Jason assured me I'd walk out with my phone (working) or he'd provide a replacement product. These folks care for their customers.
