Worst place to live. When I first move here they offered me to pay my security deposit trough Jetty however what they dont tell you is that they will never refund you the security deposit. After I move out they never refunded me the security deposit. Angela is the worst person regarding customer service , she doesn't explain you the terms and conditions of living here. Living here has been my worst experience ever I'm glad I left these thieves.

With reference to the previous opinion. I don't understand why Angela told us that that deposit would arrive by check at our new address, it was not once, not twice that she mentioned it to us, we even went to the office and she said that she checked it just as on our part mail would be sent. And he says now that he doesn't proceed. He just doesn't know how to do his job, and his attitude is very terrible.I don't recommend it at all.

November 20th, 2023 I was treated with the most outrageous disrespect by the African American female leasing agent when I stopped by to turn in my rent before they closed at 6pm. The leasing agent was on a personal call and had closed the blinds and put up the reopen clock sign way before 6pm. This is not the first time she has done this. When I heard her on the phone, I tapped on the glass and to her dismay I heard her answer me by asking me "what do I want". I will be following up with a report to the leasing corporate office first thing in the morning. This is the most unacceptable and egregious behavior I have ever experienced. I don't recommend ANYONE to live here, if this is how leasing agents at WoodPointe Apartments treat people with disabilities. Terrible.

If I could give this a zero I would. Our friends lived here. Back in the spring, they were redoing the porches and decks. They didn’t fix our friend’s deck even though they were notified that it needed repairs. My partner fell through a rotten area. He scraped his leg up real bad and injured his foot and ankle. He’s a gutter guy, so this impacted his being able to work for a couple of months. We have never heard back from the insurance, office, or corporate. We’ve contacted them by several emails but they haven’t done anything. We’ve even gone to the office several times and were told there was NO manager to talk to us and help sort this out! And they won’t tell us who they’re insured through or even a claim number!!!!! And, they also didn’t immediately repair the deck! This happened last APRIL!!! Our friend moved as soon as their lease was up. They don’t care about their residents or guests at all here. Negative stars from me! ???

Places where you have to pay over $200 to apply are suspect. Seems like cheating people out of their money

Demand to see security cameras or don't even think about moving in.This place needs to invest in Security cameras. Your vehicles will not be safe at this location until they care about you enough to do something about it.There have been a bunch of break-ins at this Apartment Complex yet they have made no indication they would invest in cameras.

I have not lived in these apartments, but went for a tour earlier this year planning to move in. I was already in love with the location next to Kennesaw Mountain. I knew it was an older property, but I never would have expected the disgusting site I saw when I toured. Literally everything was falling apart. The things that were fixed looked like hack jobs my shady cousin would do for $5. There were holes in the walls of the very apartment I was touring. There was a smell of mold. The steps of the deck by the pool bow with every step like the wood has turned to cloth. The fact that the owners are still asking these rent prices when they clearly have been investing none of the record profits they have been taking in back into their community, is just shameful. The owners really need to take a hard look at how they want to be remembered. If they are fine with owning a slum that is probably making people sick to live in, then they should ask slum prices... and don't expect any to see respect in the eyes of anyone who looks at you.

My rating is zero!!! I have been living in a mold infested apartment for over a month and a half now! I have walls cut out from numerous leaks. Told all can't be fixed until corporate approves. Have asked numerous times to speak to Erin Manmuti from corporate with no response.

I have lived here for a year and have absolutely loved my experience. The complex's location is perfect, and the neighbors are quiet. Management is wonderful. Kim and Angela helped me upgrade to a larger apartment for my next lease. The transition has been very easy. Any time I have needed maintenance, they have been responsive and quick to fix anything I need. I cannot recommend living here more!
