I took my watch there for repair, I was quoted over $1,100 for the repair. I took the watch to another place and had the watch repaired for less than $400. These people are overcharging, and I recommend that you get someplace else in order to be reasonably charged for repair service.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! The owners and management here operate under unethical means to scam you. They do not honor their own return policy and only care how to make a buck. Atrocious and disgusting practice! I plan to report to BBB.

Owner and employee were dishonest in a recent transaction I had with them. I ordered a product, a watch strap, I made the mistake of trusting them to deliver that product. When the product came in different, they refused to accept any responsibility or refund the money I paid them for it. I also looked up the product on Hamilton's website later, and saw they also grossly overcharged me. Arrogant, and dismissive owner, who apparently may rip you off too. Find another business to work with. Might be fine if nothing goes wrong, but don't get caught with them if it does, as they'll hang you out to dry.

I can’t say enough great things about Womble Watch. I brought in my grandfathers 1945 oyster perpetual bubble back in rose gold for repair. It had not run in some time and I wasn’t sure what was wrong. I wanted it done in time for Christmas and they delivered. He had to manufacture tiny parts and was still working on it till 3pm on Christmas Eve to make sure I got it in time. Great guy, great shop! You will not be disappointed.

WOMBLE WATCH is one of the most trusted watch shops in Atlanta! If you are a fan of a fine timepiece or need a watch serviced, this is the place to go! They have a fee of 35 dollars just to look at a watch however, your watch is in the best care here, since leaving the manufacture. I had a battery changed on my Tag Kirium and the fixed a GP bracelet on a Ferrari chronograph for me a few years ago with no issues since! They are hands down, my go to!
