Truly "family owned and operated", except for Laura, who's been there long enough to qualify. ? Not a giant chain store, which may have more inventory but, what Withrow's may lack in quantity, they more than make up for in QUALITY and EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE! They take some pieces on consignment; offer watch and jewelry repair; offer appraisal services thru an independent , certified, professional who has been a long time associate of the Withrow family, and with whom you can make an appointment and be present while your jewelry is being evaluated, ON SITE. Withrow's offers exquisite pieces- rings, bracelets, earrings, chains and watches- and Laura, who couldn't have been more patient or knowledgeable.

Been here more than a few times for watch adjustments, battery replacement or jewelry cleaning. Service is always professional, timely & done right. My go to place. Highly recommend if you are in the Marietta area (or worth the drive if you are not!).

I had my 17 year old Rolex serviced here. Their pricing was MUCH better than any of the other places I contacted. I got the watch back in 3 weeks (not the 8 to 12 weeks other places quoted); it looks BRAND NEW! They buffed out every scratch I had on the band and case, as well as replaced a worn part. Super friendly, attentive and professional. Will be referring them to many other friends!

I was in desperate need of a watch repair prior to my work shift. (My watch is VITAL to my employment.). Upon entering the lovely establishment and seeing all the fine jewelry I was warmly and energetically met by an associate named Brie.Brie was/is quite knowledgeable, kind to me AND the other customers waiting, patient, and eager to assist. Further, Brie “listened”.What a great store but even GREATER was my experience because of this dynamic associate Brie! Hats off to her and I sincerely wish I could give this store a 10 rating because of her!*(To the owner: Excellent selection in hiring Brie! ?)

The staff at Withrow Jewelers are honest people who look out for your best interest, ALWAYS! Prices are reasonable and the craftsmanship on these customs are perfection, I have not been disappointed while shopping with them ever. And repairs are always like brand new or better.
