I’ve been going to Cloud 9 since the pandemic and this is my favorite one. Every time I go the staff is always nice and very helpful. I’ve tired a couple of different things and love getting their recommendations. Today was a great visit. They have a buy one, get one half off. I would definitely have them a visit.

While finishing my purchase cloud 9's point of sale system froze and the transaction had to be done again. The manager stated that the second charge would not be applied. It was. Went in to ask for a refund or store credit. Staff was nice and called the manager, I think his name is Austin Holland, and he said I would have to dispute the charge. Just annoying situation that he could have easily resolved.

Went here fof 10 years and got sick of being ripped off, the prices change depending on who rings you out, i got charged double for an item i bought the day before, when i mentiones this they took my cash and refused a refund even though i was still in the store, and would not give me a receipt even though i asked for one! Dont get scammed and go somewhere else!! I get their products WAY LESS at a gas station 2 minuted down the road. Poor customer service has ruined this location, i will never be back.

So this is me updating my review after about 5 years. At the time I posted my first review.. giving Cloud 9 5 stars.. they were literally one of 3 smoke shops I visited in my hood. Them staying open late was a big plus. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY. There are now at least a dozen smoke shops in my immediate area.. one place is open even later than Cloud 9 and closer to my house. Their selection destroys Cloud 9's and their prices destroy Cloud 9's. I decided last night after stopping into Cloud 9... that after spending almost $20 bucks on an item that started out at $12... I will no longer visit Cloud 9. Y'ALL are tripping on the prices!!!! Too many other smoke shops with better selection literally within yards of your store. GOOD LUCK, I'm out. 09/12/24

Got tricked into buying this pulsar APX because they were out of the orbit if they ever had it . And got tricked into leaving a 5 star review but I did feel it was appropriate at the time believing that I had found something better going off employee advice. The regen was the first I got from starship then I came here and got the pulsar crap when I asked for the orbit they said they had it over the phone I hated it it’s still here in the box perfectly packed . Finally went somewhere else and got my orbit limited edition more than I asked for about 30’or 40 bucks less and loved it so much I got a replacement just in case. Don’t ask for any advice here just get what you came for and if they don’t have it turn around you have been warned. Gave me a pack of papers for a 5 star review they don’t tell you until after and I don’t even have any use for them period. Still have them I’ll put them in the box with the pulsar and they can keep each other company
