Put wrong battery in a Hamilton, but tried to force wrong battery into an Ebel. Damaged the movement and was $950 to replace it.I wouldn't trust these guys with a Timex. They have no idea what they're doing.

I love finding hidden jewelry in Marietta! I found this place walking around the Marietta Square! I had an old butterfly necklace I loved and asked, if he repair it,he said yes! I informed him I would be back and 6months later I return because I kept forgetting to put the necklace in my purse! He greeted me with such a remarkable smile and excellent customer. I left my necklace to be repaired! Now ,I need more broken jewelry for hom to repair! Please visit his shop for repairs and fine jewelry!

Stopped by to get my necklace fixed. The clerk began the conversation with insulting the necklace and talking about how it was a bad chain. All I wanted was a simple solder, and this guy made sure I knew I was going to be seeing him again because he thought it was a poorly made necklace.Also told me it was going to be over a week. To solder one tiny chain.Wont be returning.

The absolute best jeweler in town! My husband, friends and I have bought countless pieces from this establishment. All in perfect condition. The customer services there couldn’t get any better! I took a very old chain to them to be repaired. The chain was over 100 years old, it was a 20 in gold chain with pearls. When I went to pick it up I received a 16 1/12 in chain back. I was told that when it broke I probably lost the other four inches. I lost it all right!! Very shady. I won’t go back

Zaman was SO COURTEOUS. Took a look at my wedding band and said it wouldn't be a problem to resize. Gave me a great price, and finished WITHIN DAYS (other jewelers have taken weeks for the same job and not delivered nearly as nice results)! Got my ring back, and am thrilled with it. This will be my go-to jeweler from now on! 5 well-earned stars!

Absolutely delighted with the accent gold wedding band they custom made for my wedding ring. Every piece I have ever brought to them has been fixed and well taken care of. I'm interested in watches and horology in general. The moment you walk in they treat you like family. I brought my son in for his first watch and he was treated like an honored client, taught him all about watch etiquette, how to care for the watch he chose. They even fixed my old Citizen Chronograph that had a missaligned minute sub-dial hand for next to nothing. I like to drop in and just talk about watches and visit from time to time. I think he might be the last true personal jewler/horologist alive. They are more than professionals, they actually care about YOU. If there is something special your looking for, in my case watches, but Jewlery as well, they will scour the country looking for it. Again, they are your quintessential small town neighborhood jewler that cares more about you then making a sale.
