I had to write this review to share my experience. Yes before I came here I had my doubts because of the reviews, but I've never had a bad experience in my 2 years of doing business with these folks. They have always answered the phone and were always courteous. The rental price for my son's viola was extremely reasonable. Yes, they do keep their door locked and don't allow customers inside but that has never bothered me because I'm sure they have their own reasons for needing to do that. No, you are not going to get fake plastered smiles or warm fuzzy welcomes but what you can expect is good honest service from people who truly care about music and are very knowledgeable about instruments.

A store for flutes/musicians! Knowledgeable, experienced, and committed staff. We didn’t call ahead but they were still totally accommodating - but please do call ahead because they will give you premium service ? it’s to the benefit of you both. They are covid conscious so you get all of their attention, one customer (and their guests if applicable) at a time. They were thorough and kind.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. I am an oboist and rented a student oboe for my child. The instrument quality is better than what I could get at chain music rental companies (physical and online) and the price is very reasonable.

Horrible Horrible experience, went to this place to check out an instrument my daughter needed. First of all you can't even go inside. The only spoke to us with the door half open. Not helpful I think they profile people.

I needed a new polishing cloth for my flute and stopped by the store to pick one up. I was initially dismayed because it was an hour before their scheduled opening time, but Allison spotted me at the door and was kind enough to help me purchase what I needed. We also had a really nice conversation about flutes, and I feel pretty confident this would be a great place to buy a new flute with Allison's knowledge and guidance.

I have been renting an instrument for my g.daughter from this company for a few years! I’ve never had a problem with their service! I just recently received a notice that her instrument was completely paid in full. I can’t believe some of these reviews! I would recommend this store to anyone wishing to rent an instrument from them!

First of all. Can't even get in the store. When we were greeted by a person, after knocking on the door that has an open sign, it was with attitude and as if we were there to rob the place. Would only talk to us, without making eye contact, yo tell us to call the store...which he's standing in. ???? What a trash store.

This place profile people when selling stuff. They are horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They are very misleading they advertise one price and then keep adding things. They wouldn’t let us in the store at all. Why have a retail store front if you don’t let anyone enter.

We came in last Sunday to rent a cello for middle school orchestra. We interacted with all 3 of the individuals working and we found them to be helpful and very knowledgeable. I did think it was odd at first to not go into the actual store but I get that they are still adhering to Covid protocols to (I assume) protect the health and safety of their employees and the owners. You do have to wear masks in the space next door they are using for customer service but they had some in case you didn't and also give you the option to help you outside or curbside while you wait in your car. That didn't bother me at all because I feel like they were easy to work with and we got a very nice instrument at a competitive rental program and the fact they do things old school doesn't phase me one bit.
